You literally can't.
Shouldn't have turbobulked
Very womanly trait to worry about stretch marks. You are never gonna make it
They fade in like 2-3 years. Only applies to the muscle ones, leftover shit from being obese stays for life without cosmetic surgery
>They fade in like 2-3 years
they don't, it's scar tissue
it becomes less visible, but that shit is never returning to normal skin
They fade = become less visible
Stretch marks are cool as long as they aren't on your stomach
you don't, they're here to stay. That's the price for getting big
You can't. I've had stretch marks on my lower back and thighs for 4 years. can't remember. Started getting less noticeable after 2 1/2 years.
Not be a roid troony
this tbh
you wanted fast results, you get fast results. durr
I have some stretch marks and I’m not on steroids, if you guys never got stretch marks you just don’t work hard enough in gym or have shit genetics
>if you don't get stretch marks you have shit genetics
Agreed, I just lifted with decent intensity and volume and my front delt and lats especially have some tiger stripes.
Hot. Bro's got them tiger stipes.
Mix two tablespoons coffee with one tablespoon olive oil, rub it into the stretch marks, wait 20 minutes, then wash it off
It turned all my stretch marks white
To me the angry red stretch marks are way more aesthetic than the silvery white old ones.
Guess I just have to keep growing no matter what.
I’ve heard megadosing gotu kola can clear them up, not tried it myself though
Microneedling+ bio oil + time helped reduce mine, they're still there but significantly less noticeable than they were, especially when I've got a tan they're pretty much invisible unless you're looking closely
scars fade with time, if you wan't to speed up the proces talk to a dermatologist and water fast 3 days every month or something.
