How the hell do people wake up early in the morning and go straight to workout?

How the hell do people wake up early in the morning and go straight to workout?
I need a couple of hours of being awake before I can do it.

Stop consuming caffeine or alcohol, go to sleep on a regular schedule and when you wake up get up immediatly, don't stay in bed to browse your phone.
    t. wakes up at five every morning and feels instantly awake and refreshed

Not OP, but I do all of that and it still takes me like three to four hours to actually start feeling awake.

Do you actually get up immediatly?
Do you go out and get some sunlight?

Different circadian rhythms. No one is reallly gonna give a shit if you work out at 7:00 a.m or 7:00 p.m. Just take care of your own body. If something feels wrong, don't do it.

It's a habit that you have to form like any other. You don't have to feel good or ready, you just have to do it if that is the time that fits in your schedule the best.

I can get up and go straight to work so whats really the difference? Granted if I dont eat anything I will probably be weak at lifting but most people do low intensity cardio.

You just get used to it
I tried working out at 6am 3x a week and it didn't work, but that's because I wasn't getting up to work out the other 4x a week so I gave up.
Then I did it again but on my rest days I still got up at 6am and did yoga and went swimming on one morning, and my only real rest day with no exercise was Sunday but I still got up at 6 and immediately put laundry on.
I don't think it matters what you do, as long as it starts at the same time every day and involves some portion of physical and mental activity that early to train your brain to expect something that early.
First time around I tried for about a month and it failed, but second time doing something every day it took about a week for my brain to get used to it.

habits are built in 3 weeks op. I use the alarmy app. It forces you to do math problems before it shuts the alarm off. math wakes you up real quick. just start by waking up and on going for a walk, then progress to the gym when you realize youd rather be at the gym then walking.

Just get a normal alarm clock, using your phone right after waking up sets you up for a bad time.

I did get up at 6 to lift in the office gym a few times but now I go at lunch. It's just more convenient.

Ayo senpai i am a fricking night owl type mf. I finally found a 24h gym that suits my work commuting and i'll be going when i am most inspired to do so meaning at night when i am annoyed the most by my dogshit job and the insecurities that would otherwise creep up on my ass at night and leave me awake till 4 in the morning. You gotta figure out a time that is most suitable for you mind to be able to instinctivly drive yourself you know. Like when you wanna punch a wall thats when you oughta be at the gym doing your thing, sleep afgerwards and plan that work schedule after that ahead etc. Anyways i tried everything but training before work is just a shore that i am just not willing to deal with so i go to maximise my shit after work be it at night if i have to. Snyways if you wanna talk ill reply i cant find the right words like that atm

I go to the gym every morning before work, and every time I feel like shit until I actually get to the gym. Waking up that early is against my "normal" or preferred sleep schedule, but the pros outweigh the cons. It is quite nice that after work I don't have to go anywhere

I don't go straight to lifting, but I do walk my dogs immediately after waking up. I get up, walk them for about a mile and a half, feed them, I'll chug water and have a double shot of espresso, then go lift and do cardio. I love getting this shit done early so I have the rest of the day to do whatever I want.

    >night owl
Shit like this is made up redditor cope. Every man is the same.
Once you got up at 6AM for 3 weeks in a row, it's all the same.
I mainly get up at this early because the gym is still empty, plus no zoomers. I feel a little accountable because I'm friendly with the regulars now and I feel like if I stopped showing up in the morning, they'd worry. Not that they'd do anything about it since they don't know my name or have any way of contacting me, but still.

Don’t. It’s shit. You’re tired and hungry the rest of the day. It’s a big meme.
In the evening, you’re about 10% stronger anyway so you have a better workout and you can go 100% if you have dinner and go to be straight afterwards

I mean morning ‘workouts’ are good if you work out for general health and fitness, like doing a spin class or some meme exercise like that. It’s a terrible time to workout to get jacked

Use a light alarm clock, but do note once you go light you cant go back. They basically get rid of most morning groginess when it comes to light and help you wake up more cleanly and less stressfully
