I don’t work out or intend to. How can I get abs? I’m 6’1 ~150-155lbs.

        As long as there's progression yes. Doing endless situps and crunches is a meme. Leg raises and situps with weight on your chest will do it. Do 4 sets each for 10-15 reps per set 3 times per week. Once you hit the top of that range increase weight or choose a harder variation. After a few months you'll have decent abs

    you wont get abs unless you roid without working out
    i was 130lbs at 5'6 and couldnt see it, bulked up to 145-150 and started hitting them with heavy weight
    now i can see them even at 20% bf
