        You have no prayer. Steroids, great diet(or at least calorie controlled with sufficient protein), frick ton of ab work, decent workouts for the rest of the upper body on a naturally skinny body with a decent frame. A doctor is not going to be able to do that. A doctor with an iron will could maintain that if he had it going in but develop it while working? Not gonna happen

          Where in the world can you be a doctor at 24.

          I'm assuming you're entering med-school (so you've already done undergrad).
          You'd have to be anal retentive about your time management and probably have to do shit at home with decent equipment (since it saves time traveling to/from gym and fricking about talking to people).
          Getting a good physique and then maintaining it is a lot easier than getting it while you're studying, like no fricking way am I going to be on a steep cut while studying for the gamsat or whatever the frick.

          So what should I do besides kms eventually? I want to frick models and hot sorority chicks

                I have shitty lighting in pic related so it doesn't look impressive but I'm a firm believer in posting body.

                It's all low bf and ab training every day. You should do cardio swiming, running, rowing bicycling, anything that is not on a treadmill imho, it takes away the animalistic nature of cardio.

                For abs you wanna go on a pullup up bar and just do crazy different variations of leg raises, I'm talking do a pullup at the top to a leg raise and start doing the alphabet with your legs. You also want to get the side angles too. Use the side ab machine alot too. As well as weighted hanging situps witha 45plate.

                You just need to do bodyweight shit for like 30 min and cardio for 30 min.
                You just have to pack a crazy amount of exercise in those 30 minutes and superset eveything. Literally no rest.

                Do 7 regular pushups
                then 7 wide pushups
                then 7 diamond pushups
                then 7 triangle
                all in a row no stopping do that whole process 4 times without stopping. The goal is to do this 3 times a day.

                Then just do like 150 situps and 250 airsquats. Once that becomes easy add 1 more everyday.

                It's all up to you. To me My body is a resultant of my Mentallity and Spirtuality. I don't go about a transformation with the intention to change anything physical first, but mental.

                As long as your geniunely striving for a higher ideal/goal, only then, you will be satisfied.

    I do IF , 16-8 and sometimes 18-6 , reaching my protein target (60-70g) daily , do some intensive cardio and some lifting ( basic)

    Push ups upto 10 × 2 ( yeah ik very less but I was a overweight nerd for most of my life so far)

      at least you have a decent base to start with. as everyones said already you are pretty fricked. do you plan on eventually starting your own practice? because honestly if you just bear it out and sigma grindset your way into being fairly well off enough to start your own practice, then youll have all the time in the world to pursue your physique 100%.

      not saying you shouldnt at least attempt to better your body now, but its gonna be an uphill battle. keep the frequency low and intensity high, or vice versa.

      at least you probably have access to all the food you can possibly want in the cafeteria, if you are planning on doing your residency(idk how all that shit works in asia)

        Indian residency is hell dude. We are basically slaves. No fixed working hours. No proper diet unless someone maintains it on their own. I can do it , just like I do now.

        My gains are getting there , but problem is time and energy. I am completely drained during the work and many days end up being skip days.

    Second, I'd get 2x bigger bulking, then cut to a bit higher body fat (imho all doable in 2 years as natty) and then just carefully monitor my food while doing at least some basic rare workouts when possible
