One thing I notice about these guys is that while they don’t have a lot of muscle their frame is much wider than I am. I used to think I’d fill out at the end of puberty but I just turned 24 and will probably stay lanky forever. It’s not like I have a slimmer frame than any of my friends either, nearly all of us zoomers have a smaller frame (particularly ribcage and hips) than these dudes. Something in the water perhaps?
this is an extremely normal physique if you go to the gym 3+ days a week for about a year. as long as you're not too overweight or underweight when you're starting off.
if you're skinnier then it'll be more difficult. I would recommend looking up how many calories you have to eat at your BMI in order to bulk, and just start counting your calories.
yes counting calories is a pain in the ass, but after a while, your body will get used to it, and you will start eating enough to be at a healthy bodyweight without needing to count anything.
at the beginning you'll have to eat even when you're full and you don't think you can eat any more. if you start to experience any diarrhea/sickness I recommend buying Super Enzymes and eating those with your meals.
That's literally just the baseline of what a healthy adult male looks like lol
Just don't be sedentary, don't be overweight or underweight and that's how you'll look
And other small things like not been a lazy shit, these days nobody will walk anywhere that's more than a half a mile away and insists on driving everywhere. Or people will wait fricking five minutes for the elevator when they could take the stairs in less than a minute. Just move and do shit
its basically being reasonably lean with the decent frame and basic muscles that growing up active and working with your body gives you. that slight core definition at the side for example looks like coming from some type of labor that involves twisting your torso, like digging or cutting gras with a scythe or chopping wood or something.

Just eat brogle and stinging nettle
Don't be fat, but also don't train.
Just don't eat goyslop and get some 'cize in

This is classic O&A material
