Actually able to carry and defend my loved ones. I was too scared to carry my ill father to the ambulance and had to seek help, which was very emasculating. I need strength in my will as well as my physical body

I have a fight coming up as well against a man who dishonored me through his vile speech. The time and place has been decided. I want to inflict pain upon him but Im doubtful of my own physical capability
So join a boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai/wrestling/BJJ/MMA gym depending on taste and availability, or stop getting into honour fights like a fricking thirdie.

No, fighting is 90% just hitting first. I once got mogged by a fat middle age butthole who simply pretended that we're cool and then struck me when I turned around. The best way to defend yourself is to carry, anything from firearms to knives to wrenches and pepper sprays. If you are forced to fight, don't ever fight fairy, this MMA shit doesn't work in real life, do all the things that are forbidden in combat sports - poke homies in the eyes, hit the groin, grab hair, squeeze the neck etc.

The problem is that there's no hard and fast rules there, anon. If you're a foot taller and 100lbs heavier then the training the other guy needs is going to have to increase commensurately. Then factor in who is soberer and who hits first etc and it's harder to say. Obviously if the trained lad is a professional fighter then it's far closer to what you're saying, but at a certain point overwhelming mass and strength will dominate a far smaller man who is reasonably trained. Best thing is to have the situational awareness to be able to counteract the need to fight stupid c**ts in the first place. If you have anything at all to lose then you're likely better off just knowing how to disengage
anybody trying to fight you is carryong a knife/gun or has friends to back him up if he is losing. You should always carry but if you dont you should always run.
