All you really can do it try to limit plastic usage in your life, I guess, in my personal opinion, just my thoughts.

Eat more micro plastics and leave humanity behind! Become a petroleum plastic based demi human!

Just... learn to enjoy your new plasticky friends inside you.

What about... blood and plasma donations?

The only method I've heard is to donate plasma. They did a study with firefighters (the people exposed to the most microplastics) and found some had reduced exposure after consistently donating plasma. Ofc I'd doubt it'd completely remove the microplastics and there's limits to how much a person can donate at a time. w/o dying.

Im afraid weve reached a point of no return. Theyve found micro plastics in babies. What chance have we got? Its in our water, food and blood now. Use glass or stainless steal for cooking and storing food but its unavoidable now.

You're telling me we've all got microplastics in us because fish are too moronic not to eat pieces their size? Stupid bastards.

You have plastic in you because your clothes are plastic, your food is wrapped in plastic and you live next to roads that act like a really fine cheese grater on plastic tires. We are FRICKED.
