Pea protein.
Make sure you get shit manufactured in the US or Canada, though. The bugs across the pond use chemicals that will absolutely give you cancer.
What's the advantage of pea / vegan protein over whey if he's not vegan tho
I am no vegan, but I supplement my food with sugar-free peanut putter at almost every opportunity. I go through half a jar a day of Skippy because it is so fricking cheap.

>im looking for pure protein without fat
That wouldve been something to mention in the OP jackass
Anyway protein powders are usually pretty low fat, especially isolates, and are cheaper per gram of protein than meats are anyway. Get some low/nofat greek yogurt and mix a scoop of protein in, then add a splash of milk to make it less like concrete. During my vegetarian phase my breakfast basically looked like this:
100g steel-cut oats
300g of greek yogurt (fullfat), 1 scoop of whey (strawberry cream flavor), 5g creatine mono, splash of milk
>2 scoops whey with breakfast (40g) >tub of Skyr with lunch (45g) >tub of Skyr post workout (45g) >2 scoops whey in evening (40g)
That’s 170g from sources that basically require no prep. I get another 50g or so from things like milk, rice, peas, beans and cheese. Don’t like eggs enough to eat them every day.
Get it all from milk. Milk is all the protein you need. It's even conveniently packaged so you can CICO with it easily with the lower fat variants >bu-bu-bu-but...
Cope fatty.
not giving information to vegetarians
enjoy your cancer and heart attack
Stop being vegetarian? It’s pretty easy. They’ve also got vegan protein powder that tastes like shit but you’re probably used to that.
