How to eat liver without it being disgusting?

I want to eat beef liver every other day the the longevity benefits.
I’m thinking of blending it in a shake, but what would taste good?

    Possibly not a very good idea, beef liver has too much copper. In excessive amounts it can interfere with the absorption of other minerals IIRC

      It's the vitamin A in liver that will frick you up if you eat too much of it. It's because vitamin A gets stored in fat and isn't easily eliminated by your kidneys, so it can up to toxic levels and become a persistent problem.
      Liver is extremely nutritious but like most things must be eaten in moderation and balanced with other things.

    Hot skillet, sear it real quick on either side but don't overcook it, you want it nearly raw in the center.

    the more you eat it the more disgusting it gets. it’s a known thing in the carnivore community. you develop an aversion to it. the theory is that your body is maxed out from the micronutrients and doesn’t need anymore anytime soon so you’re repelled from wanting to consume it but the cravings come back once you’re deprived of the vitamins again

    Make it into a paté or just buy paté. It also makes it easier to control portions so you're getting vitamins and minerals over a long time rather than overdosing.

    Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat the liver in the flour mix, fry it in butter immediately.
    Also, use pigs liver. Way more flavor.
    Alternatively you can make leverpostej using equal parts pigs liver and lard.

    Take a pound of liver, half an apple, a large onion, few cloves of garlic. If you have the time, soak the liver in milk overnight.
    Chop everything up, throw it in a skillet with some butter or tallow or olive oil. Liver first, then the onions, once they get translucent the apples, once the apples get soft - the garlic. Add whatever herbs you enjoy, salt and pepper to taste, maybe some chili flakes if you like it spicy. Enjoy over some white rice or on its own.
    Tip: Pick a more tart kind of apple rather than the super sweet ones.
