      What are you doing before you fall asleep? Maybe you should be thinking of that

      60 seconds or less is bullshit but this could help
      Also look in to 4-7-8 breathing

    The fastest way rhat I have found is to find a comfortable posiiton to sleep in and repeat it every night. Your body comes to associate that position with being asleep and will go into sleep mode. Making sure your room is a little cooler at night also helps. Relax the muscles in your face. Unclench your jaw. Touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue.

    Don't "try" to go to sleep. Do something until you're tired then go to bed and read until you fall asleep. Get up at a reasonable time. Get up around the same time every day
