For a while I started do an exercise like this picture but with only enough weight to keep my arms extended outward and do medium circles sometimes forwards then sets backwards.
My shoulders started to get unproportionally wide like Dwight Howard so I stopped doing them until my arms catch up in size. I never felt any discomfort from doing that and did it over a year.
your large trapd are why your shoulders slouch like that. You actually have nearly horizontal clavicles which is good for broadness, but then your traps kill it.
you need to stop doing trap training. If your not doing direct work, just look over your routine to see if there's anything in their that might be hitting your traps. i.e some ppl end up hitting their traps by doing lat raises with bad form. Deadlifts cud also be building your traps. Basically let your traps die. You could also blow up your side delts, and that would fix your "tapered" shoulders. Increase your side delt training and let your traps die.
I’m talking about measuring from the furthest point of your delts, not where the clavicals end. You realize that lifting doesn’t actually make your clavicles longer, right? Any lift you do will be to add mass to your delts primarily, and the other muscles will help to push your arms out more and make your shoulders appear wider. You can have a a short clavicle but wide shoulders if your delts and other muscles are large enough.
Bigger side delts, bigger front delts. Even then it might not change much, it's just the bone structure.

Try high volume, high intensity two-handed landmine presses for front delts.
Good posture and never 100% relax just always have your lats slightly engaged bro never fully breathe out etc . I’ve been doing it for 15 years and everyone thinks I’ve got good genes lmao

you don’t normally need to additionally train traps since it’s already worked through pressing movements
