You're optimally built for deadlifts. Take advantage of this and go into powerlifting.
it looks like you have bad posture and are leaning forward with your upper back/chest. You also have very skinny arms and legs but a chubby torso. You should do plenty of stretching and strength training(cardio, speed, agility are good too but wont "fix" your sit). Luckily you dont have manboobs. Losing fat and gaining muscle + standing up straight will fix your ordeal, it wont make you perfect but it will make you better
