    Eat more calories, 500 above whatever you're eating now if your weight is steady. Eat more protein rich foods, do resistance training 3-4 times a week with heavy (but not too heavy) weights. 4-5 sets per muscle group you're training, with a weight that allows you to do between 10-15 reps per set. Do not train to failure. It is only marginally better than having stopping 2-3 reps before failure in each set, and will fatigue you more.

            I recommend max weights for reps of 1-2. Make sure to use your whole body in the lift. Round your back if you need to. Go until failure every set, and never ever control the descent. Make sure you're as explosive as possible on ascent to.
