Listen man sorry ok, just start by body weight exercises and start eating more, try counting you calories and keep it above at least 2000, force yourself to eat but not to the point of disgust, what i mean is to eat more often rather than all in one meal, consistency is key, also try to actively change your attitude towards yourself and life, try to be more daring or not being scared of coming out as rude if they deserve it, have some healthy respect for yourself. And cut your hair short, are you trying to look like a queer on purpose? Stop that

You can probably start by cutting your hair a bit. If your face doesn't have noticable masculine features it's harder to pull off the long hair look. Secondly probably increase your calories and consume more protein and start doing any type of resistance training to fill out your frame a bit. Lastly consider how you shave your facial hair, I'd recommend trimming instead
