I already have gotten an appointment with a physiotherapist to see what I can do about my posture, but now I need some help on how to stop being a wimpy skinnyfat gay and become a reasonably fit person... I have thought about getting started with calisthenics but as I have never done any real exercise in my life, apart from playing basketball in school, I don't even know where to start.
I already read the sticky but I wanted guidance from someone who has gotten out from a similar condition. What should I start looking for? What are some good guides in building a good and affordable diet, exercises for good posture and exercises for burning fat, especially the fricking beer belly, and overall body muscle (whole body)?
I don't want to become huge or a body builder, just to have a nicer healthier lifestyles and better appearance, especially in regards to body posture.
Tips for thicker wrists and ankles are also very welcome.
Thank you for any help

anon...
my situation is not as extreme as picrel. It's just to illustrate the point.
Drink nothing but water (this means no alcohol)
Cut out all junk food
30 minutes of cardio 5x per week
2x weight lifting targeting entire body per week
This should fix you up. For the cardio you can take up sports to make it more interesting and enjoyable and to make social gains.

would any training routine suffice as long as it targets all the body? Let's say, calisthenics as opposed to regular weights and such?

yeah, calisthenics are great. you won't build able to get massive size doing them unweighted, but pull ups (with good form) will be great for improving your posture, for instance
if you can buy a set of rubber exercise bands with handles, you can do face pulls, which will also be great for straightening out your posture. they usually come in sets of three (easy, medium, and hard to stretch) for less than 20 dollars, and then you just need a skinny tree trunk or metal pole to do face pulls
honestly if your posture is as bad as you say, I think fixing your diet and improving that will be the easiest things to fix in order to greatly improve your body in a couple of months. 74 kg at your height is really not a lot, so I bet you can make a huge improvement in a relatively short period if you work at it every day. postural issues can have a number of different causes -- forward neck and rounded shoulders, and tilted hips are the two biggest ones -- but there are tons of videos online about these issues, and simple exercises you can do daily to correct them.
bodyweight squats and push ups are also very good movements that you can do a lot of every day if you want to add a bit of meat to your frame
