I was taking fenugreek daily for almost a year on top of a bunch of other supplements to increase test and decrease estrogen and I got gyno and even had milk come out if I pushed on it. When I went to my doctor and gave them the list of everything I was taking they told me to stop the fenugreek immediately because it gave me milky gyno breasts.
