So I started doing calisthenics a couple months ago and I'm starting to notice tone/gains.
I don't want anyone to know though, I've always functioned better under secrecy and honestly, I like the idea of people thinking I'm just naturally IST.
My gf definitely won't fall for this though seeing as we've been together for years now.
Whats a good excuse/reason I could give her for the gains... Or should I just come clean and risk my motivation being stunted?

Tone means that instead of flabby, flaccid skinnyfat arms etc he has some visible muscle definition and maybe slightly less bodyfat so that he looks more "firm" than "soft" despite not gaining a huge amount of muscle mass. which is obvious to the non-autistic and is very real, idk why IST struggles with this so much.
Toning doesnt exist moron. There are 3 main ways of getting your body to look better:
>Looking better immediatelly after a workout is called a pump.
>Looking better by losing fat and making your muscles more visible (cutting)
>Looking better by gaining more muscle mass. (bulk) This is prolly the one you want.
Also frick calisthenics and hit the gym you will get there much faster. Frick crabs who want you to stay in the bucket.

Also, sure, the gym accelerates everything but I find more advantages to calisthenics (most importantly, privacy)
