Please give me context for the picture so i can talk about the picture instead of whatever you wrote, which i didn't read
That the fightTIPS guy? He looks like he sells weed to children.
His skin tone is too light
You can't learn to fight at home because to learn to fight, you need to get in fights. Don't get in fights.
I have gotten in fights, even though I’m some gay asking ISTtoids how to fight. I’m asking about technique and what exercises strengthen the muscles I need strengthened for that purpose. Also, school counselor tier advice there. “Don’t get in fights” the warden said to the inmate
What you need to exercise is your brain. Here are some tips:
1. Don't pick fights, you never know if the other guy has a knife.
2. If you get in a fight, grab something heavy and hit the other guy on the head with it.
3. Pushing people down stairs or in front of moving cars works very well.
4. Go for the eyes.
5. Go for the crotch.
6. Use your environment. A table corner is a nice place to slam some guy's face.
Alright. What barbell or calisthenic exercises? Weighted plyometric pushups
Whichever will help you kick a guy down a flight of stairs while he has his back turned.
Carrying a 9mm
gotcha
So squats?
Definitely.
Op could always find twinks on Grindr, invite them over, band beat the shit out of them until he works his way up to bigger guys
I am intrigued by your training regimen.
>lose fight
>get raped
Now that is some real stakes. Great motivation and you get crazy ass life-threating expierence. I like the way you think anon.
Did you finish doing those 100 jabs?

This video sounds specifically made for you:
kek just fricking take mma classes LOL
Helpful, appreciated
get a heavy bag
you will never learn to fight alone, you might learn ducking drills and some leg movement but it will be very robotic. fighting another person makes you adapt. it's like dancing you need a partner..and a heavy bag.
Who the frick is that
Watch tutorials on how to throw the main punches(jab, cross, hook, uppercut) and practice on a punching bag/ball. Doesn't need to be too expensive as long as it gets the job done.
Shadowboxing in general can help to polish your technique, and shadowboxing with resistance bands can improve punching power a lot better than for example, shadowboxing with dumbbells.
Getting pointers from youtubers can be helpful because at the end of the day, no info is bad info, but nothing beats personal experience.
If I had to pit some gay in his room who's been training from watching youtube videos and browsing r/FightTips, and some psycho who gets into street fights on a regular basis and has never trained in his life, I'd bet on the latter.
At the same time, picking fights to earn experience is not safe or productive at all (high risk of permanent injury, death or imprisonment) I'd suggest getting 2 pairs of boxing gloves and sparring (LIGHTLY. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. YOU DONT NEED TO END THE SESSION TRAUMATISED OR WITH BRAIN INJURY).
This will test your technique against live resistance and it'll get you accustomed to the muscle memory of punching a guy in the face and getting punched in the face.
Learning other shit(grappling, kicks, throws etc...) can come later, but learning to box first is the best way to start. All street fights begin on the ground so don't get brainwashed by the bjjtards.
I hope I was helpful, stay safe out there.
Shane would tell you to go to a gym if you want to learn to fight.
Would if could but can’t. There’s a reason I need to learn how to fight and its the same reason I can’t join a boxing gym
You can't learn to fight on your own, and trial and error with unskilled partners is far far slower than a coach and skilled partners.
All that matters (unless you're massive) is fight experience. Doesn't matter how many times you've hit a heavy bag, you'll get smoked by anyone with even sparring experience.
Watch fight threads on /gif/ (you gotta dig through all the porn but they're there). Learn quickly how fast, brutal, savage, and unforgiving most people are in fights and be ready to be even more savage to win.
And for the love of fricking god, as you'll see in many if not most of those videos, watch out for the goddamn SUPLEX. I can't tell you how many fight clips end IMMEDIATELY when one slips behind the other with one swift movement and then grabs the other by the waist and throws them into the floor from 4+ feet up. I dare say at least a quarter of those suplexes end up with the victim either fricked for life or even dead. DO NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT GET IN POSITION TO SUPLEX YOU
