the first pic is michael fassbender though
bryan johnson does actually have quite a drastic change, but he just looks like a tranner on hrt now which is fair given he takes "non-feminising" estrogen as part of his routine, whatever that means
for all those statistics his team pump out about biological age of different organs, the main thing that makes me read him as young(er) is the absence of any facial hair shadow which i'm sure is done by laser hair removal, even though he hasn't talked about using lasers for this purpose
His jaw and chin is top 1 percentile, but the rest of the face is top tier too.
Symmetrical, good hair, good skin, good nose and decent hunter eyes.
Saying otherwise is delusional
I have to be honest, Europeans know how to age gracefully. Americans have this weird obsession with staying young forever going to great lengths via cosmetic surgery where they just end up looking like shit. I was in Italy a week ago for 2 weeks and through out the whole country, especially in Milan, the people just know how to age well. They eat good clean food, few smoke, walk practically everyday, and just allow themselves to age. It's a good lesson/culture and I don't know why the US is so obsessed with youth. Probably because of Hollywood constantly pushing on us the ideal of beauty.
Am 27 now with gray hairs starting to come out, but I don't mind it. Age shows maturity, wisdom, and life. Take care of yourselves anons and don't seek to look young forever. Embrace your growth. It's a privilege to grow old.
He's probably got a whole routine that includes some type of medicine. No need to do multilevel marketing for a pharmaceutical brand, unless they are paying you of course.
Modest hair transplants, finasteride, daily Hollywood rich guy level skincare to preserve some youth to the skin even with Bong genetics, be genetically gifted with peak male facial aesthetics.
Just be yourself

Can fat transfers make people look like this again?
Has anyone ever made themselves look young again?

He’s still got time, hopefully.

Man Brian's face creeps me out bros. Which is a shame because he's funny and insightful sometimes.
his jaw is saving everything. I have almost the same face but with a weaker jaw and chin and I'm a 6 at best.
