Only 90kg right now cause i don't have a proper squad rack and lift at home alone. Been too often too close to hurting myself or destroying my walls/floor. Not doing high weights in general.
I was fat when I ate a big breakfast and a big dinner, but when I started to skip breakfast but still ate a big breakfast, I went down in weight.

get a mandolin and use it to slice cabbage thin, replace half the quantity of rice you eat with that sprinkled with a bit of vinegars and low caloric flavors.

Get your fat ass on a bike. Pound those peddles until you are literally dripping wet atleast 5 days a week. During winter and when it's cold outside, if there is not steam coming off your body, keep peddling. You don't even need to stop eating like shit. The only thing you need to do is burn enough calories.
Now there is one caveat, your metabolism might be completely out of whack n FRICKED from sitting around and not doing shit for years. It might take a while for it to kick in, but keep on peddling. It WILL activate sooner or later. You just need to push yourself to the limit everyday.
Doing this I've went from over 400lbs to 190lbs in about a year. I've stayed in the range of 180-200lbs for the last 10 years because of this.

Pick a diet that you can maintain and then burn calories through movement of choice. had a client who just ate chicken / broccoli / rice and did steps for a hour 4x week before I worked with him, he lost over 100lbs doing this.
Drink ~100oz water / day if a dude and sleep 7-9hrs otherwise your not going to recover from workouts and stress hormones will be elevated hindering progress
Just stop eating so much you fat frick, pick up some weights while you're at it
Eat less. Your body is addicted to food and it will suck, but strength and cardio training will replace urges to consume. Eat less than 2k and live off a deficit, you'll be alright. Even eating only shit will lose your weight.
