Eat less you fat frick. if you want to supplement exercise on top of cutting valley jog or ride a bike if you own one, dipshit. if you want to do weight training find something heavy you can pick up and fricking do some exercises with it. you brain dead moron.
Eat less to lose weight, exercise doesn't help significantly with weight loss. You don't need any equipment to exercise, a couple weights at most. Cardio is more important from a health perspective.
I started doing sports after 5 years of being a lazy student by buying a pair of running shoes for $40. Easy as that, don’t go too far or too fast in the beginning or you’ll get your knees and shins hurt, just go 3x per week easy and work up from 6 miles per week to 18 miles per week over 6 months, easy as that
Exercise is spending more calories, diet is taking less calories. They do the same. To each their own but imo exercise doesn’t make you feel half as miserable as a diet does at the same calorie deficit
I forgot to mention if by fat you mean really really fat as in 280 lbs then running may be too hard on your joints, just start on a bike (you don’t need a race bike just ride fast on normal bike)
Eat only at set meal times within a roughly 8 hour window.
It'll allow your body to better regulate the insulin spikes that induce fat storage and lower metabolic rate whle gradually stoking the development of insulin resistance.
Go to the ExcelMale forum. Post there. That's Nelson Vergel's forum and he was the first one to write a simple book about TRT. Not that I'm recommending TRT, nor would he to you, likely. His most recent book steers clear of that, because the last thing you should be doing is injecting testosterone. His early book was just a way that men could cope with various issues, as it is immune related, and also related to recovering from concussions and other brain injuries.
From my own experience and helping many others, get your endocrine system functioning (50mg iodine/day). buyiodine.com / whyiodine.com / Dr. David Brownstein, etc. The fluoride and bromide in the water and food, make people into NPC's. Also causes their endocrine to deregulate.
Start looking at the HPTA restart protocol, after, if you're not then where you want to be. That has a good effect of pumping and priming one's own natural testosterone production. Which, if it was always low in you, through various environmental factors, including the endocrine disruption I mentioned above, can kick-start a production cycle, so you don't do TRT. You don't want TRT, because your innate system will further push your own production of testosterone down, when it senses the injected testosterone.
> A vet who had severe brain damage, hypoxia from environmentally-caused asthma in moldy barracks + running the next morning, every morning (LBO), plus the related mycotoxin poisoning, who recovered through a combination of the above, and Neubauer hyperbaric and TMS.
Most western males are suffering from some degree of brain damage, plus poisoning, as I described above. It's nearly universal, that all of them have the low iodine issue i mentioned, leading to a huge number of issues. Males also have +90% of workplace injuries and fatalities, not counting the military.
And what do I care about some ball-less runt that has an opinion formed of ignorance and malice? Go find your frick-up of a father and let him finish raising you.
Literally just get some handweights and do pushups - even in an apartment, that's easily done. That, plus walk a mile, twice a week and, obviously, start a low-carb diet and you'll burn 10lbs/mo. Once you've got some stamina, it's time to start jogging or swimming laps.
2 miles a week, huh? Wow... Shooting for the moon right off the bat like that, you might get OP hurt or give him a heart attack! Yeah, that's bullshit. Try more like at least 2 miles a day. At about a 15 minute per mile pace. That's literally the minimum recommended exercise from the American Heart Association.
You only need three things: a 10' length of rope, a weight attached to the end of the rope, and a box.
Obv you will prolly need to be in the back yard for this. Stand legs apart and swing the weighted rope in circles holding your arms above your head. Feet remain planted. It's an insane workout for all of your arm muscles and your core. Box is for steps. Up down repeat. Alternate leading leg.

It's not that simple.
the more exercise you do the more energy your body will demand to compensate.

Do a combination of jogging in place and marching when you get too tired. Eat salad for breakfast and lunch. Eat chicken and milk for dinner.
Get a partner and take turns lifting each other. And eat less.
