    Shortcut lifehack to the book as you listen (it gets repetitive af) is do all the things that ground you during panic attacks (Manually blinking, breathing, manually gripping your hands, your tongue isn't comfy in your mouth, shit like that all at once until you are actually in the now 'this moment' and then you just stick to it. New thought comes in? frick you, BLANK SLATE

    its been awesome for depression and my fkin autism levels of social skills but its a good way to stop going down/negative. it doesn't do anything to push you forward outright. I have a shit past? gone. Shit future? Not on my mind, gone. Something bothering me rn? GONE. but It also means you tuck away anything that would bother you immediately. it's not a cure all but I've loved this life saving tool imo.
