Im on day 3 of a strictly electrolyte only fast and I am literally pissing out my butthole.

    I have the opposite problem, I'm doing 2mad but for some fricking reason can't poop good. I can feel that there's lots in there but it won't come out just little bits at a time. Can't even drag myself out of bed like this.

      Your first long fast you will feel hungry. I do weekly 48 hour fast now and I am used to it. Tried a 72 before and got headaches the morning of the final day so only lasted 67 hours before eating. Probably should add salts if you are going to go that long. On my 48 hour fast I am find only drinking water until I break it but that extra day must drain my body of all stocks.

        After 2 days you don’t really feel hungry anymore

        my plan is to have my last food tomorrow night by 8 or 9 p.m., then fast all of wednesday and hopefully make it until noon on thursday. I'm hoping it won't be too unpleasant, but I guess we will see. I'm obviously not going to lift or anything while fasting.

    I've fasted 2 days many times, 3 days several times. The only thing that happened is i pooped less. What are you drinking? I had water and salt, that's it.

    I do rolling 72s and pretty much explode almost 45 minutes to the dot when I refeed. I've been taking innocleanse daily though and it helps with the entire "your alimentary canal shuts down" where breaking fast resulted in a Tyrannosaurus sized shit.

      This is completely wrong, especially if you drink coffee. If you load up on electrolytes you have more energy, less irritability, and you can actually lift without energy loss.

      Not to mention that if you are drinking coffee, you are bleeding electrolytes out of your body at a breakneck pace.

      Electrolytes are very important regardless as to the duration of a fast, and it will have a negative impact all around.

      If you are literally pissing out your ass, it's a gut bacteria issue, it has nothing to do with drinking electrolytes. Start having lots of greek yogurt when you aren't fasting and it'll go away. Your microbiome is probably too attenuated to sugars, and when you drink salts, it's causing a freakout. Highly recommend you don't create any electrolyte solutions which are too heavy in salts otherwise you may cause more harm than good. I do hydration packets now, and it's made fasting far easier.

    I have IBS and if I go too long between meals, even just like 7 hours, I get diarrhea, so it could be you have IBS or some other digestive system issue.

    sounds like too much magnesium,desu.

    That's the only stuff that's done that to me. I mostly do pink salt + no salt and sometimes w lemon juice & ACV.

    Currently just doing Ramadan fasting.

    Kek this is just what happens when you fast, I've got a lot of experience with this and it happens every time. Same thing happens when you go carnivore, it's because you have no carbs to hold water. Your body has to flush out all that extra water since it has no way of retaining it, hence the shits. It's also the reason why you rapidly lose weight at the start, it's all water loss
    If you have an office job, just see if you can work from home while you fast. If not then restrict your fast to weekends. If NEET or still a student then it doesn't matter just suck it up and power through brah
