How to prevent hair loss?

I'm 23 and I just noticed in the mirror that my hairline is slightly recessed like picrel. I'm not sure if I'm actually balding but if I am I want to take care of it early on. I'm aware of the most popular treatments (5-α-reductase inhibitors, minoxidil, etc.) but first I'd like to fix my lifestyle and see if that's what is causing the hair loss.

What are the environmental causes of hair loss? what should I do or avoid doing?

What I find odd is when I post my hair I always get attacked that my hair is receeding and all this other nonsense when I have a normal head of hair with a few greys since I'm middle aged. Why is everyone in these bald threads so crazy? My little brother went bald in his 20s and acted like he had cancer.

        this
women have low micro nutrition etc. because they are brainwashed into being vegan
once they start to eat actually nutrients dense food their hairloss stops because they actually have some iron in their blood
doesnt work for men unless you are vegan
than it might come from it
99% of hairloss in men will be androgenetic alopecia
fin/dut or some kind of androgen blocker will be the only solution
not even minoxidil only is a solution for most men

When will you Black folk learn to research?
      >Male pattern hair loss seems to be due to a combination of oxidative stress,[4] the microbiome of the scalp,[5][6] genetics, and circulating androgens; particularly dihydrotestosterone (DHT).[3]
      >Male pattern hair loss seems to be due to a combination of oxidative stress
      >oxidative stress
      hmm?
      >Oxidative stress reflects an imbalance between the systemic manifestation of reactive oxygen species and a biological system's ability to readily detoxify the reactive intermediates or to repair the resulting damage.
      >a biological system's ability ... to repair the resulting damage.
      hmm
      >Chemically, oxidative stress is associated with increased production of oxidizing species or a significant decrease in the effectiveness of antioxidant defenses
      HMMMMM
      >... effectiveness of antioxidant defenses
      >antioxidant defenses
      HMMMMMMMM????
      >Antioxidants are compounds that inhibit oxidation (usually occurring as autoxidation), a chemical reaction that can produce free radicals.
      HMM HMM HMMMM
      >In cells, antioxidants such as glutathione, mycothiol or bacillithiol, and enzyme systems like superoxide dismutase, can prevent damage from oxidative stress.
      HMMMHHHMMMMHHMMMAAHHHH
      >Antioxidant vitamins are found in vegetables, fruits, eggs, legumes and nuts.

Bryan Johnson doesn't even count because he takes finasteride, takes estrogen, has a specifically designed formula shampoo, has a red light cap, uses PRP, and does tons of other shit that is too expensive for the average dude. Jared Leto is also 100% on finasteride seeing as nearly everybody else in Hollywood is. The Asian dude just has Asian genetics and probably also has an average Asian diet high which is high in estrogenics. The other one is a literal woman. The only common denominator is estrogen.

    That and a scalp massager.

if I still get more recessed later down the line I'll hop on something stronger like fin/dut.

Blocking DHT frees up regular testosterone which contributes to muscle growth. Also reduced chance of prostate cancer.

    28 here with horrible hairline
    Listen to me
Minoxidil will just push the can down the road
You want to target 5-alpha reductase which creates DHT
You can do that with saw palmetto or onions
Also direct onion juice and rosemary pil and stinging neetle had more effect on the scalp than minoxidil

DHT is caused by too much unused testosterone, which means you have to use it (have sex, workout, eat and sleep correctly) cortisol increases the possibility

Do you know why doctors say finasteride is affected by Saw Palmetto? I literally got the paper instructions and it outright said
      >Palmetto could interact with finasteride
Which was weird to me cause I thought they'd help each other.

Started seriously getting thin hair. I already had a baldspot since 19, but the rest of my hair was consistently decent until last year.

Now I use minoxidil every evening, dermaroll twice a week, finasteride once a day. Also have these vitamin pills that stimulate good hair growth 3 times per day.

Might be a bit excessive, but I notice a very positive difference after 3 months. I'm 31 now and would like to keep it going till at least 40

Stop fighting nature. Men lose their hair when they age. Hair loss is masculine. Having a full head of hair with no grey makes you look like a child/female. Stop coping. Stop doing combovers, EVERYONE can tell. Stop getting weird surgery or taking troony hormones just to stay looking like a child/female. Stop wearing wigs. Stop shaving it off to hide it. Stop being ashamed of your body being how God made men.

Get on the thing, We know next to nothing about baldness we can't give you a detailed list of things you can do to change without pills because baldness is just that unknown.
If you are receding or losing your crown then it is inherited and has nothing to do with lifestyle changes, only diffuse thinning in certain scenarios is caused by this

Your hairline isn't 100% straight, and it changes slightly as you get older even if you're not going bald. As long as you don't see any big changes over a short period of time, don't even worry about it. I'm sure this board has convinced at least a few men who aren't even balding to go on a ridiculous program of hormones and pharmaceutical trash.
