I have calves like that from walking forward/backwards/sideways at maximum incline on a treadmill for like 4 hours total a week.
Do harop curls, nordic curls, or reverse hypers to strengthen your back, glutes, and hamstrings.
Do hack squats or some sort of bodyweight single leg squat at a mechanical disadvantage to build the rest of your upper legs.
Also do more shoulders, arms, back, and neck.
This should make your calves look smaller by comparison.
