How to speed up digestion

I'm on a bulk and digestion time is being a pain in the ass. Big meals (1000-1200kcals) make my stomach feel bloated for 3-4h so it makes it difficult both to eat a lot and to find a gap where I can actually go to the gym without feeling like puking.
So how can I speed up my digestion?
I've thought of drinking coke, vinegar, lemon or some kind of acid with meals so everything dissolves faster

Just eat food that can be digested faster.
Why do you think protein shakes are a thing? Not because it's hard or expensive to get protein from actual food or anything, but because they don't bloat you.

I actually wrote this thread after downing a 1000kcal protein shake and feeling bloated like a balloon. Since a shake is the most digestible thing I can think of I guess this is my peak digestion speed. And it needs improving.

It's what you're eating. And the idea that a synthetic protein powder will be quickly and easily digested is laughable. Protein powder is one of the worst things for your gut.
Try eating meat instead of protein powder. Fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir may help heal your gut. An elimination diet could be necessary to see what you're eating that makes you bloated.

          >synthetic protein powder
It’s made from milk you dumb frick, it’s not synthetic. Don’t use words you do not understand

It's made by humans in an industrial plant. That makes it synthetic, moron. It isn't real food.

Synthetic implies that it is an imitation of a natural product. So by definition a natural product must exist first in order to be a synthetic. It’s also made from natural ingredients, it doesn’t matter if it’s straight from the cows ass or not, it’s not synthetic by any definition. Don’t use words YOU don’t understand.

Eat raw foods. Raw eggs, raw milk, raw meat and seafood... etc.

Cooking prevents proper digestion, as it destroys the enzymes naturally present in the food that cause autolysis (self-digestion).
People here with ZERO experience in this topic will try to peddle you nonsense about cooking making food more "digestible".
That's complete nonsense that has been scientifically disproven for over 100 years.

Anyone that's been eating raw meat and raw eggs will tell you that they're extremely light on your stomach.
You will never feel bloated after eating like that, even if you get full.

I don't know if I'm on board with the "raw is better" thing but I will share an anecdote- I tried the carnivore diet several years ago and I noticed that after a month or so I wanted my meat cooked less and less and by three months in I was eating everything raw because it was more appetizing. When I went back to my normal diet cooked meat seemed more appetizing. I don't know what to make of it.

My expereince was the same. I started to notice the smell and flavor of the Maillard reaction more, and it disgusted me where it used to appetize me. I even lost my interest in coffee for the same reason. I still cook my meat, but I cook it very lightly because I can't stand the taste of browned or blackened food anymore. And I eat plenty of raw milk, raw butter, and raw organs every day.

I think as your body gets healthier, it becomes more sensitive to toxins in the environment, like those formed by high-heat cooking. During this process, I also started becoming disgusted by artificial fragrances and chemicals like those in laundry detergents and conventional soaps. The same thing happens if you've been eating seed oils for a long time, and then you quit cold turkey. Within a week or two, the smell of seed oils will start to repulse you; your body starts recognizing it as the toxin it is.

          You sound like me
          >don't cook meat, just warm it up to slightly above room temp
          >drink raw eggs daily, eat a raw beef liver once a month or so
          >only wash body with water (except I still wash my hands with soap)
          >drink raw carrot juice until I turn orange, take a break until color goes back, repeat
          Feels good man

If anything this schizo rambling is only teaching me to not overcook my meal, I don't want to be part of either ends of this stupid horseshoe
I will keep cooking my food because I don't want to turn my body into a free estate for parasites, but I won't overcook enough as to destroy the nutrients

Humans aren't carnivores so this is irrelevant. The stomach acid of a leopard can melt a penny. Try that with a person.

I just spent five minutes looking up the pH values of different animals and found that humans, like leopards/tigers/lions etc., have a stomach acid pH between 1 and 2. Can you point to a source that says otherwise?

Human stomach acid is that low when there is no food in the stomach. During digestion its around 5-6. Carnivorous animals have 1 or below regardless

First off, those foods have much, much less acidity than the stomach and will actually end up decreasing your stomach's acidity.
Secondly, low stomach acidity is usually a sign of inflammation. Stop eating inflammatory foods (just try an elimination diet like carnivore (as described by Dr. Ken Berry) if you can't figure this part out)

there was this guy who consumed a dozen milkshakes or whatnots per day, drank vinegar on it "to help digestion" and his sweat was green building up on his homegym equipment and crumbling after drying - he did an insane bulk in just one month but never reported back after that

I wonder what happened with him
