How to survive on 6hrs of sleep?

Due to work, I will not be able to sleep for more than six hours for the next few months at least. This is shit for me, because I am a completely different and more energetic animal when I get 8+ hours.

I need advice. It can't change so I need to cope, how do I maximize my energy if I can only sleep for six hours at most?

As someone who regularly sleeps 6hrs or less a night and works about 45hrs a week not including travel time. You will feel like crape most of the time. I hope you don't have a manual labour job otherwise you can forget about making any gains

To those who are confused, I will be working 2 jobs for the next few months, that is why there will not be time for more than 6 hours.

I can't change the 6 hours, I know it is gonna be a hit but I need advice on how to somehow make the most of my energy.

Why do you need to work 2 jobs? Moving to somewhere cheaper sounds healthier.

That is why I am working two jobs, to get my shit paid off and move out to a cheaper place with a clean slate

Guys I don't need to hear advice about how to change the situation, it is what it is, I just need help about how to preserve my energy to the greatest degree. Some life hacks or something, idk..

There is no real solution. You can only cope with less sleep by having an extremely on point diet, a lot of caffeine and sugar, no PUFA, aspirin/pregnenolone, but I don't think that's possible with two jobs eating your day.

Anyway I would rather be homeless than work two jobs. You're a single man. You have NO responsibilities besides yourself. There's no reason for you to subject yourself to this.

Unironically do NoFap. It will make the lack of sleep much more endurable.

Take glycine, creatine, l-theanine and magnesium glycinate in the evenings. Keep your sleep schedule strict so your body can adjust the sleep depth accordingly. Darken your room when you sleep and dim the lights in your general area for at least an hour before bedtime. When you wake up you gtfo your bed, yeet yourself even. Skimp on morning hangout or breakfast as much as you can. Don't sleep in during the weekends, you will just feel shittier. You need to keep the schedule and absolutely no alcohol, nicotine or caffeine 8 hours before bedtime.

get decent alarms, make sure you are sleeping and waking same time each day, use caffeine and nicotine to stay stimulated when you're awake
its gonna be rough op, just focus on getting through it, you'll probably adapt to it after a month or so but you arent gonna be feeling great until its over

Yea, but don't drink caffeine for the 10 hours prior to going to sleep, otherwise your sleep will be worse.
Stay hydrated to combat fatigue during the day

you are going to need the strongest stimulants you can legally get your hands on, start with 50mg and 100mg caffeine pills. you can safely consume ~400mg a day. nicotine affects everyone differently, try it and see how it works. it just relaxes me and maybe a tad bit of awareness. make use of WHITE monster and celsius: both are meant to boost your metabolism which will give you more energy than equivalent caffeine: but they can be pricey when bought single or in small packs. eat complex carbs and protein, with good fats. this means whole wheat pasta with fresh meat sauce and cashews/other nuts, not a baconator and whole wheat crackers. buy gum and use it - gum will keep you awake by instinct, you can't easily sleep when chewing because you are wired to avoid choking. find olly brand stress relief caplets, NOT sleep caplets, and take them before bed as directed. it will enhance sleep quality with no drowsiness later, and in my experience it causes strange but pleasant dreams. make sure to drink water, but avoid cold or hot water: just cool water or room temp is best for energy. your lunch breaks can be nap breaks, and so can any other break, eat on the clock if you can even if it means giving up a real lunch. sleep is more important than food after a certain point.

talking about legal stimulants, you might be able to get your hands on something OTC that has (pseudo)ephedrine in it, also preworkout with DMAA might be an option. Though in the end stimulants might be counter productive because they frick you up in the long term

lemme help you out with something OP, this won't help with you only getting 6 hours of sleep because sooner or later thats going to get you, what i can help you with is an easy way to get a quick energy spike; first place the palm of your hands over your ears then rub them really quick in a circular motion. you need a bit force to make this work, your ears shouldn't hurt but they should get really warm. when your ears are really hot you stop, you'll then get a big spike of energy for a little while

I think five hours of sleep is easier than six. On six hours of sleep you're interrupting one of your sleep cycles, whereas with five hours one of your sleep cycles is ending when you wake up. Granted I'm no expert and I've heard quite a lot of conflicting information about sleep so who knows. Though my dad got five hours of sleep every night for like ten years and he always felt fine.
