    Aside from neck training (back and front) and chewing. All you should aspire to is for better muscle control.
    Bloodflow is going to help a lot in this.
    So, basically, go out on a jog and try to squint, or maybe flex your cheekbones, idk what you want to do..

    Also: something incels always forget about mewing is that you should actually tuck your jaw back, just try it, it will activate all the muscles below the jaw and take away the turkey neck

    I've got two for you for real. Practice keeping your face muscles a little tight. Not tight enough to raise your eyebrows or smile... just don't keep them completely slack so that your face droops. Think of it in the same way as good posture vs slouching or mewing vs slack-jaw. Second thing: try to keep your forehead relaxed. That helps keep your eyes a little squinted like preditor eyes. It also keeps you from getting deep forehead wrinkles. A lot of people immediately raise their eyebrows to talk... notice how lined their forehead looks.
