hang from a bar for 7 minutes a day. Bioneer has a video on this. gentle spinal readjustments at the right spa can help. surgery for scoliosis is a scam, there was a guy who's spine was actually completely twisted around itself and after a year or two of gentle alignments, vertebrae by vertebrae, his spine was fully healthy and normal. You might find a nayoya acupressure pad to be useful, look on amazon. >t. i was paralyzed two years ago because spinal injuries
I couldn't find straps so I used some zipties instead (the kind you use on cars). Then my hands started to turn blue but I couldn't get them out of the loops as my flesh had swollen over the course of two minutes to a grimace-shaped size.
Compound lifts will help a little, but you won't be able to make it perfectly straight. My mom said that my curvature fixed a bit after 2-3 years of lifting.
got scoliosis too, often i feel trash cant sleep back spasms feels stiff, occasionally all of that goes away and i feel great. haven't found anything really except avoiding some movements like punching or even crunches
fellow scoliosis havre here, got a s lookin curve going on with thoracic and lumbar curve
i know the common advice is deadhangs + deadlift but the gym i’m going to now doesn’t have a deadlift platform
going to start holding deadhangs but any other advice?
man I have a mild scoliosis and sometimes i have so much pain i can't imagine how fricked it is for severe and other massive ones you see online where the spine does a fricking V halfway through the body
Guys, is it bad if I'm addicted to popping my back? My spine is like a glow stick, and I can usually pop it very loudly by stretching like a washing machine. It just feels so fricking good
I had scoliosis as a teen, I started doing basic calisthetics to get into moderate shape, this strengthened my core muscles enough to compensate so I no longer walked leaning to one side.
I wouldn't recommend extemely heavy deadlifts or squats, but any type of excercise should do the job. Maybe also go see a doctor and ask for advice.
I'm too tall when doing dead hangs and need to lift my legs slightly.
Is it better to have the legs in the back or bring them to the front? I think I've read something about that in another thread, but I'm not sure any more.
Heavy deadlifts

did you know you can use straps on a pull-up bar and they aren’t exclusively for deadlifts?
But what if people laugh at me and poke my belly until I piss myself?
sacrifices must be made
at least you can put your passing accuracy to practice and snipe those b***hes
it mostly depends on the grip width and texture how long you can hang, but like the other anon said, use straps
I'll send you a pull up bar homosexual and put it in your bathroom doorway and do a hang every time you use the bathroom.
wide grip or narrow grip on the deadhangs
With active scapulas?
