Look at diagram of where your sinuses actually are. There's 8 of those motherruckers. Understanding that gave me a better "feel" when I was blowing my nose about when the crud was actually coming from.

Also you can stick some water spout thingy up your nostil and clean it out that way. Can't remember what it's called. Also also, there's this stuff you can get from a pharmacy. Looks like crystal meth and smells like Vics vaporub. One whiff of that'll blow your fricking face off let me tell you. Sorry, can't remember what that shit was called either. I'm sure a pharmacist probably kows what it is.

I didn't read past the first sentence, what you can't afford cheap over the counter shit? More like you're afraid to leave your house you shit. What, you don't have a mommy to pick stuff up for you? Jesus Christ, it's a blocked nose. There's like 40 things you can shove up there that'll help. Just go buy one, idiot.

Some anon shared this trick with me, I'll now pass it to you- when CO2 builds up in your blood it causes arterial constriction which will make the tissues in your nose calm down. So do this- blow out all the air in your lungs and hold your breath as long as you can letting the CO2 build up, then when you can't take it any more breathe in ONE breath through your nose, breathe it out and do it again, repeat 4-5 times. In less than a minute the tissues in your nose won't be swollen any more and you'll be able to breathe freely through it (until they swell again if it's allergies or something). Try it now, tell me how it goes.

Free if it's in your kitchen: Drinking a glass of cayenne water helps. Or sniffing horseradish if you have either. Ginger and turmeric are gooood. I find sun salutations at the start of yoga always clears my nose. https://youtu.be/8AakYeM23sI?si=WFzxWRfC7xkajW-0

Look up sinus or lymph node massage on TikTok, they're all pretty similar and I just do whatever one I can remember if I have a sinus infection

you probably used normal nasal spray and now you have rebound congestion
Normal nasal spray suppresses blood vessels and then they expand agian, blocking your nose
The only way to rid yourself of it is a week of cold turkey and doing 15 pushups, getting up quickly from them and enjoying temporary clearance
Srs go do the pushups it actually works for a bit

Getting fresh air sometimes 100% cures it for me. Makes me wonder how much nasty shit is going through ventilation systems.

Actually the more likely culprit is dust mites

It's not the dust mites themselves but proteins in their excrement that many people are allergic to. If you notice you are more clogged in bed than anywhere else it's what your problem is. Things you can do:
          1) wash your sheets/pillowcases in the hottest water possible at least once a week
          2) get a dust mite mattress cover
          3) get sheets that repel them like silk
          4) get a dehumidifier and keep your room's humidity under 45%, they can't survive without enough humidity
          5) dust/vacuum often
          6) get a HEPA air filter

    Coconut oil in your nose.
    This will change your life.
Use fractionated coconut oil (the kind that stays liquid), and use a dropper to drip a few drops into your nose.
Do it while laying in bed, with your head tilted back.
I've been doing this for the past few days, after having a clogged nose, and it helped tremendously.

The coconut oil is also anti viral, anti bacterial, anti fungal, and anti parasitic, so it may help with any infections you have.

One thing that I try that works 70% of the time is literally forcing myself to breathe through it. Most breaths at first obviously aren't enough to sate your oxygen needs so do the occasional mouth breath. It takes like 5 min but most of the time it does indeed get the nose open, at least enough that I dont have to mouth breathe

    Rinse your nose with saltwater.

Your nose isn’t really clogged by anything for most of the time while you have a cold or something. Your passages get inflamed and close up which make it feel like something is there. Take anti inflammatory medication.

OP don't do this, if you're going to pour water into your nasal cavity make sure it's distilled
