I think you just make a concentrated effort to speak more deeply until it becomes habit. Probably practice a bit into a microphone and play it back for yourself? I've found that has helped me a lot with my speaking.

Practice repeating the same thing in successively deeper tones. I'm a historian and one 19th century elocution manual i read advised counting, e.g., from 1 to 24, using groupings of 4s, 3s, and 2s. Focus on a feeling of relaxation in the throat when you finish each grouping.

DO NOT lower your voice so far that vocal fry becomes obvious. Vocal fry is cringe. Lower your voice to the lowest point where you can talk comfortably and be satisfied with that.
Thyroplasty seems to be a reliable way to get this surgically. And you don’t have to risk getting throat cancer by smoking so much. Has anyone here done it?

Learn to speak and sing from the chest. It gives you access to a deeper range for your voice

May sound strange but try and speak through your chest rather then the larynx of your throat. It doesn't have the fake deep voice effect as much.

You can develop an attractive voice without faking a deep one. Focus on things like inflection & rhythm, having confidence, speaking from the chest.
Get a vape pen and fill it with sulfur hexafluoride, take a drag before talking.

Taking too much of the thing will choke you but I know you say like 10 words a day so you'll be alright.
My voice is deep around 100 hz. I've heard 96 is ideal. Too bad my voice doesn't project at all
