1/2/3/4 for 5 reps is the point that someone BEGINS looking like they lift, and can outperform much of a normal gym.
You can look like you lift without ever doing a single rep of any of the big four

People here equate lean with sub 6% bodyfat when 10-12% is the sweetspot but even just below 15% is pretty good unless you are a manlet.
They equate big with mister olympia tier when just above ottermode is already decently big unless you are a manlet.
They equate being strong with world record breaking numbers when 1/2/3/4 is already stronger than 90% of mankind.
And because you need to have some basic knowledge of programming to be able to progress past your linear progression phase after your first few months of lifting they think you need steroids to achieve any of these.
Conclusion don't be a manlet.

I think the biggest difference will be size. You can be strong and lean while natural, you can also be very vascular and muscular but you wont get to the size of enhanced bodybuilders, not even just Yates, Cutler and Coleman but even Simeon Panda is way bigger
