        Rare genetics of thin and naturally lean build with wide clavicles and some ability to put on muscle. Would not be surprised at all if this guy is on something. His delts are kind of crazy, almost look like implants. Those will be hard to replicate

    Start as a skinny guy and do a bodybuilding split for a month
    That's what I did and i looked like him for a while, but now I'm bigger
    I'm also the same height as him
    But I warn you, once you get close to this body you'll realise how unimpressive it is, and you'll want more
