Ground turkey on it's own tastes like ass, throw some homemade tomato sauce onto that b***h and eat it like a meat sauce with pasta
would it suffice adding some tomato instead of tomato sauce? I just dont do well with onion/garlic/high fodmaps
dicing the potatoes is a good idea
homemade tomato sauce could literally just be made from tomatoes, 100% tomatoes, blended up and reduced
Can you have dairy? Looks like you’re aiming for lower fat so low-fat/nonfat Greek yogurt is a nice sub for sour cream on potatoes.
Also for me personally I have a cup of blueberries after every meal, seems to help with digestion and isn’t too bad calorie wise (70 cal)

I would make it something like sloppy Joe and slice those potatoes.
First, present it on a plate not in a gruel bowl. Second, no lemon juice. Butter or olive oil with a sprinkle of paprika, salt and pepper on the potato. Potato is not haphazardly cut in oblong pieces, but diced.
Ground turkey is just meat gruel. It is not to just be eaten on its own, it's meant to be included as an ingredient. Make a ground turkey omelette. Top with parsley. Throw in some baked broccoli with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste.
thanks anon, sounds like you really know how to cook. How would you add the butter? In the pan or after baking the potatoes? Idk if I need to heat up the butter.
As for the meat, would you just replace it with something else? I usually alternate with 85% grass fed ground beef
I add the butter and salt in the pan after it's diced so the starches coat and absorb the fat, and salt to help dry it out a bit. Paprika and pepper after plating, but that's just my preference.
I don't eat ground turkey or beef unless making meatballs or burgers. I prefer whole cuts. But it sounds like you're going for those premium macros, and the best way I would improve that is with eggs. Otherwise you're looking at adding significantly more ingredients such as making a rice or pasta dish with the ground meat.
yeah I might just get an ice cream scoop and start forming these to meatballs. As for the eggs, I already eat 5 in the morning. Do you think it's too much to add more for the dinner meal?
How much cardio do you do? Half a dozen eggs is a lot to eat daily
Not that much cardio besides regular walks and working out 4x week and some light cardio in sports every other day
I'd make cardio proportional to egg consumption
This advice is max gay
Just eat it until you are ripped then spend the extra time fricking your gf
>eating good food is gay
Fellas, is it gay to prepare and enjoy good food? Or do you have to eat only slop out of a pig trough to be a true man?
we finna bus them cheeks wide open gay boy
I'd replace turkey with beef and add Chanterelles or some other type of mushrooms. Also, I'd probably stop being a giant homosexual as well.
What is the schizo logic behind the bowl?
I would add some cruciferous vegetables for fiber, brocoloi, cauliflower, spinach, etc. Also add some kind of sauce because eating ground turkey plain gets miserable quick, I usually make pasta with it.
dice the potato, add some assorted veggies if you want and add some kind of sauce. would reccomend frying in a light amount of olive oil (i have a sprayer that does 1/4 tbsp per spray and coats the whole pan in 2)
>eating catfood
>potatoes and turkey
>catfood
Better not drink water. That's cat drink.
Spinach
maybe some fricking vegetables? I cook ground beef and turkey with garlic, red onion, peppers, and lots of spices. put some aged cheddar on the taters, I like kerrygold reserve & old croc. You can use greek yogurt as sour cream. Really good. And great macros. Oikos pro is bomb.
Dice and roast potato with olive oil and rosemary and salt
Ground turkey im happy with just caramelizing some onions and throwing some garlic and salt in there.
This is literally all I ate during my first phase of my cutting diet.
I used 99% fat free ground chicken though. (lower calories)
If you want to keep the calories low and up the quantity of food you are eating you can mix in 8oz of frozen veggies. It's like an extra 75 calories for a substantial addition to your meal.
Also I enjoyed mixing my BBQ sauce
(Sweet baby rays that shit got me through my cut) with a bit of Tabasco.
It must be nice to be filthy rich,
Eating good food, with your own kitchen, and nice plates
That's an apartment he overpays for and a bowl he got for free from his parents and the cheapest meat and root vegetable you can buy in america
That makes me feel better
Why would anyone ground turkey?
They were out past curfew
Oof!
A little rice for carboloading then some broccoli for color
