Who tf lift after iftar. I'm usually super lethargic from the rich meal. Plus if you actually care about the tarawih after isha prayer, you have zero time in the evening for lifting

This month I use to deload, so I go lighter on the big three, and do way more bodybuilding related exercises + celisthenics because that's easier to tolerate without needing water.
