I've been using grip trainers, those finger expansion things, doing deadhangs, and dumbbell wrist curls.
Am I good with just this, or should I supplement some other exercises?

That's pretty good, if you are seeing results there's no reason to change what you are doing.
I started training forearms most workouts about a year ago and the gains have been awesome. People, especially women, take note when you have fat, vascular forearms. I've always thought they look sick and don't get the hate from people talking about "forearms overpowering the upper arms".
How many days a week? I hit them when I do bis but this image is very arousing
I lift 4x a week and typically do my full forearm routine 2x. This is it:
> Fat Grip Pull Ups, 3 sets to failure
I like to do two sets weighted, then a drop set where I swap to the assisted pull up machine and burn out
> Fat Grip Reverse Preacher Curl, 2-3 sets to failure
Use a thumb over grip, when you fail reps on the preacher switch to standing reverse curl
> Fat Grip Wrist Curl, 2-3 sets to failure
Put your wrists directly on the bench hanging off
> Reverse Wrist Curl, 2-3 sets to failure
I just do these with dumbells and wrists on my knees
On days I don't do the full routine I will sometimes just knock out a couple sets of the fat grip pull ups depending on if I have time/energy and how fatigued they feel.
Fat grips are the secret? I do forearm wrist curls and a variation on the cables. I get a good pump and have seen some growth but I will invest in some of them fat grips thanks anon
I think fat grips are definitely the secret. Also can't recommend the fat grip pull ups enough, especially since it's the kind of thing you can throw in every workout.

grip trainers and the finger expansions things are going to train your grip but not ideal for putting size on the forearm muscles. Dead hangs and wrist curls are a decent start.
