      >Fruit is the healthiest and most natural thing you can possibly ingest.
      why?

        Anonymous

Because humans are perfectly evolved to eat fruit. We literally co-evolved with fruit as in like a partnership - they would make the good stuff for us, we would go off and do everything. They have so many vitamins, phytonutrients, antioxidants, tons of stuff we don't even know about yet. They are anticarcinogenic.

The danger is that a particular type severely moronic individual will hear this thing about fruit is sugar and take it literally or near-literally, and that's the aggravating thing about it.

You could live indefinitely eating various fruits. They have everything (vitamin b12 can be made by humans or else would have to be made from insects and deposited on the fruits). While if you ate just sugar you would die within a very short period of time.

Humans were never designed or evolved to eat large animals, that is why they cause cancer, artherosclerosis, and other random bullshit like cjd, and get fat, which is why ketards are nearly all fat. No other ape eats meat more than fruit, it is nearly all fruit for other primates.

Furthermore contrary to ketard fantasies, the fruit you eat today, aside from bananas, is about the exact same as the fruits our ancient ancestors ate. They were already selected for throughout millions of years of evolution to be tasty, that's the whole point. Anyone who tries to say otherwise is a fool who doesn't know anything.

          Anonymous

          >we would go off and do everything.
I mean we would disperse their seeds among other things. Seed dispersal is the general reason why plants create fruits for animals like humans.

Fruit is just sugar and that's the best part about it, don't cuck on sugar and you have nutrition figured out, it took ketolards like Mercola decades to figure out that sugar is essential for cortisol and gluconeogenesis supression.

Gluconeogenesis is literally your body trying to make sugar. If you need sugar, eat a little, stuff that digests slowly ideally, unless you're in a severely depleted state (e.g. competition physique or ultra running). It's not that hard. Lots of protein, a decent amount of fat, and some sugar here and there. Ez. Literally a chimp diet.

Grains are slave food. They'll give you nutrient deficiencies and mental illness. If you absolutely must consume grains, eat long-fermented sourdough or maybe some white rice. Red meat is based and great for you; eat it in abundance (grass-fed is ideal). Also, consume organs, especially liver and heart. White meat is fine, but not as good (healthy) as red, and harder to find from animals that eat their natural diet. Oil is processed slop; you should never consume it. Use tallow or ghee instead. Lard and other animal fats are good, too, but again, hard to find from healthy sources. Fruit is sugar + electrolytes and some nutrients. It is mostly for hydration and carb-loading/insulin spiking. Vegetables are optional; if you're going to eat them, cook or ferment them. Sauerkraut is great for healing a damaged gut. Other fermented foods like kefir are great for this purpose, too.

Philosophy is for pretentious pseudo-intellectuals. A degree in philosophy is basically a participation trophy and the equivalent of letting the moronic kid play with you, even though he's worthless and contributes nothing. So, it's not really anything to brag about. Besides, I could kill all your homosexual philosophers with a single punch and they couldn't do shit about it, so suck it, gay.

        >People with plant based diets live longer than carnivore larpers.
No, they specifically only live longer than people who gorge themselves on goyslop their whole life. It's not a fair comparison, since it's not comparing a wholefood meat-based diet vs. a wholefood plant-based diet. Stop being disingenuous. If we're comparing a wholefood meat-based diet vs. a wholefood plant-based diet, carnivores effortlessly live for 100-120+ years, whereas plant-based eaters only live into their 70s if they're lucky. Basically, you're effectively shortening your lifespan by 30-50 years by eating plants.

The Masai literally only eat meat, dairy, and blood. Sorry, but you're just straight up wrong. Not to mention their neighbouring tribe only eats plants and they're on average 5 inches shorter, live shorter lives, have less muscle mass, and have many health issues.

        >inb4 someone says that native alaskan garbage myth
        >they eat a lot of berries and roots, which are plants.
No, they only come across berries once a year and only eat very little of them. So little, in fact, that it's also not enough to be significant to their diet to any degree, so it's a moot point.

Vastly oversimplified to the point of falsehood. Diet is not a static set of ratios, and these ones aren't even ideal. Unfortunately, these ratios aren't even near a decent baseline: the protein recommendations here are essentially half of what you need to maintain healthy muscle mass and organ function in the long term given regular exercise. Should be more dairy in the base than as a supplement considering digestibility, and shit like PB is still sugary. More fat relative to grains but less overall. Salt isn't bad but the problem is people eat junk that has a ton in it, you need electrolyte replenishment with exercise, and that includes potassium. Extreme exercise would need calcium and magnesium as well.

Frick's sake this shilled diet disgusts me, still a paid interest behind it.

You have to stop letting random people have so much authority over your mind. It is rare that someone is just giving you advice out of goodwill, many have some sort of agenda to push. Here is an idea to consider, to evaluate for yourself in your own mind. Not some sort of religious dogma:

    Traditional diets.

Before the industrial revolution, people depended on traditional diets that were formed by humans naturally seeking out their necessary nutrients from the environment around them.

Everyone has roots and culture, ancestry from pre-industrial times and even pre-historic times. The way people lived in these times is your cultural inheritance, including their diet or foodways as it is often called. It is a wealth of knowledge and vital, human culture that belongs to you. You can claim it and preserve it for generations, that's the only way it has survived.

Traditional diets are healthy and tasty. Eating healthy doesn't mean punishing yourself in some masochistic manner. For example, my ancestors were Germanic. We drank lots of milk, ate lots of cheese, oats, wheat, barley, beef, fish, and so on. I have some family by marriage that is Mexican as well, I grew up eating tamales (homemade), enchiladas, tomato rice and refried pinto beans, tortillas, and so on.

All of these make for balanced, tasty meals if you don't overeat and remember to exercise. I have these big bags of oats that I eat for breakfast, it is a good base to mix with other foods like milk, sugar, fruits, cinnamon, and so on.

Try and connect with your roots, there is a lot of vital knowledge there that becomes you. Traditional diets are inexpensive, healthy, and taste better than the choicest of mass manufactured foods. Though it's not some sort of cardinal sin to eat fast food or processed foods now and then, it's just not healthy to depend on these foods completely.

Also, remember to drink lots of water and stay hydrated.

      Anonymous

Especially in these colder months. It's easy to neglect hydration during colder temperatures when you aren't sweating or "feeling thirsty" but it is still just as important.

    >meat (pork, beef, chicken, fish)
    >dairy (milk, cheese)
    >fruit (in low amounts)

That's basically all you need. Don't use sneed oils, cook everything in animal fat and ghee. Don't use man-made vegetables full of staches and high glycemic indices. Corn, grains (bread), potatoes are the devil. Eat onions and garlic daily.
If you were to find yourself in the wild before the agricultural revolution and man-made vegetables, you wouldn't find an abundance of readily-available carbs, especially not during winter. That's why many modern-day disease stem from a bad diet, mainly too much carbs. There's nothing wrong with carbs, it becomes a problem when 80% of a meal is carbs, especially refined sugar.

If you want to have a healthy diet just eat mostly whole foods and avoid processed junk a majority of the time.
Don't listen to elimination diet shills, they'll go back to eating the food group they currently think is literal poison in a year or two after the deficiencies kick in.
