need some advice. My 23 year-old husband has been on a bizarre diet for a whole month now -he eats an entire turkey every day and only drinks coconut water. The freezer is filled with turkeys, and I'm seriously worried about his health. Can this damage him? Is it sustainable But here's the messed up part- he thinks this diet will make him grow to 7 feet tall (exaggerating) He's already 6'4", and, sure, he's theoretically still growing until 22, but adding another 8 inches seems impossible. I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown here. It's my first time posting on here (he showed me this site) Is this as ridiculous as it sounds, or should I be genuinely concerned,advice? He’s like 223 pounds still within the overweight BMI

I grew another 4" between 22 and 26. I'm 6'6". I think 7' is unrealistic but extra height isn't out of the question.
it's good that he's already turkeymaxxing, make sure he gets goatpilled as well. goat milk is the closest to human milk, a lot of the growth hormones are similar.
best thing would obviously be human milk but that's hard to get since the blizzard fiasco (anon was selling us tit milk from the maternity fridge). tastes like the leftover milk from a bowl of crunchy nut cereal, you can see why babies like it so much
