Hyperlaxity and fitness

Hi IST I recently went to some physical doctor that told me I had hyperlaxity in my tendon (specifically the shoulder one I guess cuz I cannot do shit like bend my finger till it touch the dome of my hand) and that it was a miracle I didn't dislocate my shoulders yet
This hyperlaxity prevent my shoulders from getting the support in needs in most pushing movement and I have some trouble with pulling movement too
However it's only hitting me in my non dominant shoulders wheras I feel fine on my right one (I even do shoulder intensive sport like badminton and never had anything happen in my whole life)
That b***h was supposed to recommend me some physician to work on my back and shoulder muscle so that they can give me the support my joint don't but it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from her
Do you guys know of a daily routine I could do to strenghent my shoulder joint, and/or movement I should focus on at the gym to help me ?

    Hai anon, I broke my shoulder in 5 points years ago, and nuked my rotator cuff.
    I now miss 26% of the Bone on the upper shoulder that should keep It in Place.
    I too have hyperlaxity in the shoulder.

    I went to a mad good physio he made me do a shit ton of rotator cuff strenghtening exercise.
    BE FRICKING CAREFUL, I started doing them with the lightest band, then got ti the cables in Gym.

    Basically, you want to do light-weight and volume on all movements of the shoulder, focus particularly on the external rotation and be careful, bevause that's where usually the shoulder dislocates lol.

    So facepulls, front raise, laterali raise, and reverse-crosses for back delt.
    As well as modified laterali raise, if you're extremely problematic with side raises, do them with a bent elbow.

    Another exercise idk how TF its called Is where you
    1) secure a band/cable and grave the handle
    2) keeping an arm out to the side, at shoulder height.
    3) you keep your elbow at a 90° angle
    4) your hand with the handle must "point" upward.
    4) keeping this position you rotate at the shoulder, making your hand point forward.
    5) you come back ti the starting position.

    This targets directly the rotator cuff.

    Also you can engage all those little shitty muscles doing pull ups, good form pulldown, single arm cable row and similar.

      They stretch the shoulder but my joint are actually supple enough (remember i have hyperlaxity) and the only muscle I only ever sensed working was the forearm
      I need to strenghent my back and back shoulder muscle and all the little muscle in there that helps with stability and strenghtning of the shoulder joint

    same thing, also my knees for some fricked up reason.
    i had crooked knees (valgus), shoulder pain, imbalances etc, this pushed me to become a physiotherapist and now getting second degree in osteopathy.
    fixed it all, here it is:

    shoulders:
    >deadhangs
    do them every day and explore various moves while you're dangling, all scapular movements, engage lats, shifts, front lever etc.
    >indian clubs
    rotational excercises for rotator cuffs, eventually you can go heavier of course (no it won't build shoulder mass per se, sorry rajesh)
    also every day, focus on the movements that most mimick throwing motions.
    >lu raises
    >rear delts
    spam and pump every other session
    >flushing/massage/raking
    to break up eventual scar tissue in and around the tendons, it hurts like hell but it's the one thing you have to do, there are tools to diy or go to a pro.

    all of the above to be performed with perfect form, what is perfect form? depends on your shoulders, explore, build mind-muscle connection, go light for recovery and build up for maintenance.
    stretching is gay, don't do it (in case someone tells you to idk)

      What rear delt exo do you recommend, also can I do those exo every day if I go light and heavy ?
      I was already doing Lu raises as warm up before push and pull days, thanks to squat university for showing them to me

        literally just bend over with a flat lower back and do rear flys for light every day, use 35ish degree or even lower angled bench support for heavy days.
        seated parallel pulls also works them pretty good

    I have this in shoulders and knees. I can "pop" my humerus and my tib/fib out of joint at will.

    I've played football, rugby and basketball for years; i can bench 365, squat 485 and I've never had a shoulder or knee injury, other than a little temporary soreness every so often. It has NEVER affected my lifting.

    Just do the basic barbell lifts and get stronger and you should be fine.

      I mean I squat heavy with absolutly no problem
      I never dislocated any joint but what scares me is that the lack of support in my left shoulder gives me pain when I bench (and I bench ridiculous number)
      I'm not an expert but I heard the pain might be bone grinding on bone or shit like that so i need to work on that left shoulder support so I can bench what i want without pain

        I understand if youre having symproms. In that case would focus on building strength and mass all the ay around the shoulder joint in order to improve integrity and health. Chinups and pullups will be better than face pulls, I would expect. Deadlifts will force a lot of integrty into the shoulder joint also, as you relaly need to build "stabilizers" for a big pull. Think of 315 pulling on the humerus, almost in the opposite direction of a bench press.

    I have the same issue as you. I can pretty much partially dislocate my non-dominant shoulder and it doesn't even hurt.
    >routine/training
    Nothing in particular, just:
    -focus more on controlling the weight rather than lifting lots (ego lifting is particularly dangerous for you and I, since our joints are much more likely to bend the wrong way)
    -try to use free weights as much as possible for extra stabilizer muscle gains (dominant shoulder is stronger specifically cause it's dominant, which means that it gets used for actual work, aka the stabilizer muscles around the joint have developed a lot more and are thus sharing the load. Non dominant shoulder stabilizer muscles are weaker, therefore the joint is looser and more prone to injury)
    - learn to warm up and stretch, it helps prevent and deal with shoulder impingement
