Hypothetically speaking, if someone only did: chin ups, bench, behind the neck press/laterals, rows, dead lift and squats, what type of physique one would have developed?

A minimalist physique.
Do your forearm and bicep burls, moron
>bicep burls
I am sure that chins have the same EMG as curls
A decent physique minus the arms. You won't get past early intermediate with that small of a selection though
>EMG
EMG is proven to be consistently unreliable. The lats get way stronger, way faster than the biceps and stunt their growth on that lift. It's been tested over literally 130 years and it's rare to have anyone develop good biceps from chinups. Do some curls and a triceps exercise biased towards the long head.
Yet pic related did nothing but chins and got a good arms.

wtf?
Looked at his post. An important detail is that he did weighted chinups with over 100 pounds of added weight. Not just bodyweight chinups
still, he got that chest development just from chinups?
>chest development
what chest development? lol
His chest is bigger in the before than the after regardless of how impressed you aren't. Which really begs the question here:
You can do literally anything while on roids, if that guy opened 10 jars per day he would get more gains than a natty
Then why are like half the dudes who show up to the gym every week on roids and 90% of them are getting blown the frick out of the water by autistic natties?
Gymnasts don't do anything for biceps except Chin-ups.
Stfu.
moron
cope
>bro, these guys on massive amount of PEDs doing ridiculous strength movements for volume only need chinups for biceps
>what? what do you mean those same gymnasts also lift weights to help them in their sport?! That goes against my middleschool level beliefs so, heh, I'm just gonna say the same shit while doing no research
>huffs your own farts and giggles before putting the helmet back on
All I do is
>chins and pullups alternating each week
>cable rows
>barbell OHP
>incline bench machine
>lat raises
>Leg press
And everyone thinks I'm huge and jacked and so strong
Post body

This isn't a real person
She's real to me
What goes through the minds of people who make these stupid threads? Can't you just bing "free bodybuilding workout" and do the first result
A good one. These are the fundamentals. For a great one you'll have to get into some curls and tricep extensions and different leg excercises. For a competitive one you're gonna have to get crazy with row variations and lat isolations and also pay more attention to your abs and 4arms/calves.
those exercises are good enough, but you might want tricep and bicep isolation, and you should probably add abs and calves. Maybe some face pulls too for your rotator cuffs, which will help you keep a better posture which makes u look bigger.
