      YES!
      Bigtime.
Girls go first. Almost no girl keeps herself fit, because, lol, chubby is also frickable. Then look at them at 30. Jesus.

If you hang around fatties and people that don't care about fitness and health, there's actually a lot of peer pressure to join them in their unhealthy habits and resentment toward you for looking better and being healthier than them. Fatties are toxic, my best advice is to cut them out of your life to the best of your abilities.

If you stay active eat mostly healthy and get enough sleep, your body doesn't start to feel "old" until your late 40s. Maybe even more if you have good genetics

  7. 4 months ago
    Anonymous

Depends on your lifestyle. If you exercise without being hard on your body you won't notice much difference until your late 30s.
On the other hand, if you play a full contact sport and are a madman in the gym your body will start to be noticeably different by your mid to late 20s. Injuries rack up and you just don't recover like you used to.
All of the healthiest guys I know longevity wise are cardio-ers who never played sports or did weights. Swimmers, cyclists, joggers. Those types seem to be the same in their 50s as their 30s. And I've seen a number of 70+ dudes run a marathon.
There's a minor decline in everything as you age but as long as you don't get a lot of injuries (large or small) you mostly stay the same.

      Anonymous

      >On the other hand, if you play a full contact sport and are a madman in the gym your body will start to be noticeably different by your mid to late 20s

This is what I was wondering. If you look at many athletes, many decline in their mid 30s and cannot compete at the highest levels anymore at that age. So its.because of years of intense training and stress on the body not necessarily the body generally declining around that age?

        Anonymous

It's a combo - your fast twitch fibres decrease as you get older, it's just nature and there's nothing you can do. Genetically we all age at different rates so some freaks like Ronaldo retain their pace into their late 30s but it's extremely rare.

Apart from pace, yes, the reason most athletes decline is due to wear and tear from training and playing. I played the highest amateur level of rugby in Australia and I can tell you from personal experience, every year you rack up injuries that just never properly heal. Could be a broken finger, dislocated wrist, calf that keeps straining and you can't accelerate the same safely anymore. It all adds up. By the time you retire you're a walking mess and will be for life. Most ex pros are in constant pain.

So if you don't have wear and tear injuries the only things you'll notice as you get into your 30s is you're a little less explosive (which you wouldn't even notice unless you play sports) and your recovery is a little slower. Apart from that you're basically the same person physically. As I said, look at any older guy who has only ever cycled, swam or run casually and they're usually in pretty much identical shape to when they were younger as per pic related.

          Anonymous

Best pic. I've run some ultras. That community is full of 70+ year olds in much better shape than the average 50 year old. I've seen guys in the mid 70/80s run many miles (at a slow pace but still) effortlessly while there are 30 year olds struggling to get out of their chair.

            Anonymous

Yep. I know two guys in their 70s who are lifelong runners. One just did a half marathon in Uluru of all places at seventy-fricking-seven. They are slow but that's part of the secret sauce. If you push yourself too hard you end up with injuries that force you out of the game.

        Anonymous

NTA but I remember reading about the training philosophy of an NFL player still going in their mid 40s when they started in their early 20s. A big part of it was not going crazy in the gym. His thinking was that he's already taking big hits on the field so doing things like power cleans in the gym would just add wear and tear. He mostly stuck with the basics twice per week and twice per week he exclusively did band work and physical therapy type prehab work while avoiding heavy weights. He also swore by eating a diet high in meat and magnesium. Shit seemed to work out well for him

          Anonymous

Really smart philosophy. Unfortunately I had the mindset of pushing myself as hard as possible to get the best performance out of myself. You can go easy if you've got the talent but wouldn't have been an option for me. Still, now that I don't play, that is my philosophy. No need to go all out, just go.

Played college football and I finished college I was playing volleyball, flag football, kickball and softball along with working out pretty much every day till my current age 33.

29 is when the small injuries started happening, hamstrings, Groins, plantar fasciitis, ect...

At 20-27 I felt invincible. Now?

Yeah me exactly. At uni I played rugby and basketball in the same season, did one lap on my bike around the lake (around 16km a day) 6 times a week, lifted weights 3 times a week. All while working, studying, partying, etc. You're invincible until you're not hey. Heartbreaking to say but I would have been better off never playing a full contact sport.

I’m 45 and I’ve been lifting since I was 20. I do get the occasional injury, but in general lifting hasn’t taken a negative toll on my body. In fact I generally look younger than most guys I meet that are in their 40s, because I have never gotten fat. The main difference is that at a certain point, I switched to the 8-12 rep range for everything, and I usually just stick to a maintenance routine.

I’m 38 and feel fine besides my occasional knee pain (was combat arms zogbot hauling 185 lbs of gear over mountains in my early 20s, shit is catching up now), but I can just power through it and do yoga and it’s fine. Literally same as when I was 18 as long as I do a 30 minute yoga routine every night.

        (me)
        I look like I’m 25-28.
I mention this and everyone on here seethes and calls me bald, but I have all my hair and look young. I don’t even really take care of myself beyond not getting fat and working out alot, I ate like shit, smoked, and drank alot, still occasionally smoke and drink like a 12 pack a week. I do brush and floss every day though.

This is broadly right, it's the way the injuries accumulate and how increasingly hard it becomes to fully recover from them. If you ignore the signals and push through the pain then you wan't just get better like when you were young. Now I'm in my late 30s I have numerous niggling pains which never seem to completely go away. I know an olympic gold medalist, he has enough injuries that he finds it hard to stand for long and he's still in his 20s.

There will be very minor decline starting in your mid-late 20s and continuing to your 50s and then you actually start getting old

As a woman? Yes, you will lower gradually in estrogen until you reach 35, at which point the average rate of uncomplicated pregnancy is 8%. I don't see the problem with one's flowers wilting however, because God's natural creation has already secured a pollinator & improved one's species by then. Women (yes I'm sexist, but have a lot to say about men as well, though it would be off topic) in the West are deluded with materialistic distractions & egotistic entitlement to waste their most precious years stoodying for & working at some office job. I'll such that I don't hurt your woman feelings also state that men are deluded into jerking off to the extent they don't have the balls (see what I did there?) to make a sane woman feel more secure relying on them than following a system designed to enslave & racially replace them.

I feel much better at 30s than my teens.
Because I was eating seed oils, and too much junk food like veggies, nuts and seeds - and it made me feel like crap with anxiety and weakness.
So mental health and physical health is way stronger now.

But if I kept eating that vegetable crap and sneed oils, I would be in very bad shape right now with bad mental health. The sneeds would frick up my mental health.

However if I were drinking hard and wasting my precious baby batter, that would probably also contribute to me feeling shittier as I got older.

I've seen some guys eating sneed oils and binge drinking who walk like an 80 yo man at age 30. I would probably be similar if I followed that route.

At 27 my short term memory became significantly worse and at 28-29 my overall energy tanked. At 30 I learned I can't cum during the week anymore or I'll sleep through all my alarms the next day even if it's a morning fling. 33 now and things are about like I was at 30 other than getting shoulder pain from sleeping on my side and some sort of forearm tendinitis when playing guitar for more than 20-30 minutes. All medical results say I'm in good health and that this is common for getting older. I somewhat envy our ancestors who were considered ancients for living past 40

cause youre older and with an older female therefore not as attracted or turned on. Give you some premium ripe prime pussy and you will be up all night. thats the realtiy. as men, we feel older and older and older and older because we dont see as much primo pussy around us, so we feel old. Truth. A big part of the need for boner pills is boredom from fricking old pussy. This happens even at a young age when you just get sick of fricking the same hot young girl. Imagine having to pork a "meh" wife style woman for thirty years. You think your dick will be diamonds when you see that flabby old cow for the 10,000th time?

theres a reason why its called "fresh juicy pussy." because its fresh and smells good. any girl over age 20 isnt fresh or juicy anymore. and not just physically, the baggage plus the brainwashing female viewpoints a girl learns ages her a lot quicker and worse too. its like a girl cant age gracefully if her mind is full of "i am equal to a man" garbage. seethe internally and externally it shows.

This is why old boomers and older gen are a little more repectable cause they had the whole "hate my wife" meme going on. like im sure they like the wife as a person, but they are smart enough to see that as a human she has no more value. newly weds now or middle aged males cope with "muh beautiful wife" lol. like yeah buddy. just admit you hate her but dont mind her. man up.

exactly. looking for a hole to cum in and youre gonna need foreplay, turn yourself on, rub your dick type of shit. and cum once and not get hard. i remember being able to frick for hours. at 25 years old it felt like it was just looking for a hole to cum in and split. Girls really have no value past age 25 at best. this is why prostution should be legal. most girls are better off just working at a brothel as a job instead of pretending to be important.

I felt the year-over-year improvement for like 20 year after puberty. 11-31. But now I clearly get sore longer. Less horny too.

I am 36 and feel and do same things i did at 20.
Idk, depends on genes. E.g. men who die naturally in my family live ton85 and past 90.
Dad is 62 still active hunter and overall strong guy.

At 36 i still work out 5x week, i sometimes party for 2-3 days straight. I dont fear old age i also dont try to pretend i can do more. When i dont want something is dont do it. My last gf was 22 :p
    So it all depends.
Quitting amoking and drugs were great decusions as well as cutting back on booze and coffee heavily. Sleepong 8hrs like a clock 10to6 every day helps. I dont stress about life as i have been to rock bottom enough to know i will be back.
Sad thing i dont have children. My biggest regret.
Oh and i also frick like an animal. Long, often and havent me a girl who can keep up lol.
Also i am not particularly chaddy. I am pretty thick, fit, 210lbs but i look boyish. Could blame test but i am strong as frick. Could blame growth development but at 6'0, 210 and 7 inch dick i dont think thats that. Its just genes.

45-50 it will start, but you can be a physical specimen until 65-70. Maybe even longer if you train smart and consistently and have a healthy lifestyle. For example a 42 yo btfo'ed the current olympic champion(who is 26) in long distance triathlon last year, and that was after being injured for more than a full year. But the decline will be very fast if you do not take care of yourself.

    34 year old here.
You will decline and also improve in different aspects at different times. My knees went first because i used to skate. This was probably as young as 22/23? Then my back went from labouring. This is a recurring thing but obviously never had it before i worked. When i was a teen i walked around with my top off thinking i was hot shit for having abs. I never did anything to attain abs i just hadn't started drinking yet and had only just grown to my full height so of course i had visible muscles in my torso. Then the beer gut catches up with you. Skin has gotten slightly less elastic recently and the crows feet more visible. I've fended off the norwood reaper thank god but I have developed grey hairs in my beard at an alarming rate just this past year.

But also my strength has improved exponentially from lifting. My muscle gains have been steady and comforting. The biggest gains you get are social gains, confidence and security. You learn how women work (and people in general) and you find your feet as a man. I would never want to be shy, scrawny 21 year old me again.

I've heard it called the vampire paradox or something. Nobody wants to be bitten by the vampire but when you do none of the vampires want to be mortal again. Basically its saying what you want when you are young is different to what you want when your older and there's no right or wrong it's just how growth and progression works. The things you value in your 30s will be different to what you value in your 20s so don't assume what you want out of life now is what you will always want

Zoomers detected lol. But like I said, you wouldn't get it. Yet. If it makes you feel better to think you are peaking right now in your youth go ahead. I just hope you don't spend the next 60 years still believing that and not moving with the times and being miserable for the vast majority of your lives like these weirdos who obsess over the time someone hurt their feelings in highschool. You are the mortal afraid of becoming the vampire. But as a vampire I would never want to be you again.

i do get it, youre talking about social gains. yeah all men gain this as time goes on. so what? that average male/betamale/nerd/dork/geek which is 90% of the male population, what do they gain? lol. youre merely talking about social gains as in "fitting in." like the average man, lets say, who is worth 100 million, like the guy in my pic, even if he was worth 400 million, what does he gain? The average man, regardless of wealth or your social status, is still always average. Its better to accept that growing up is good if youre above average, but the average male growing up, gaining anything, that male is still average and no amount of money changes that.

I see males my age turn 30, getting married and do normie things and think they have status now or social gains, when in reality, they are still the same nerd/dork/geek that they were and all social gains isnt really anything. like i live in a nice area and seeing the other homeowners isnt impressive. they are just grown up average men. lol. if you drive to the nicest areas, where Drake lives, its the same. its just grown up rich dorks/losers/geeks average males. when i was 10 years old, and it was parent interview night, i saw all the other parents and i thought "ew gross, why would she marry him?" Then i turned 20 and realized "oh betamale provider."

well I do agree with that. I think people *can* change their lot in life to a degree, but it's true if you're a dork when youre 18 you're not going to suddenly one day emerge from your cocoon as a brand new person one year. not as an automatic function of getting older.

im not projecting though. I live in a nice area, see other males, okay, and? they are grown ups and some are old and some have all white hair already. so? they are still average males at best and nerd/dork/geeks at worse but betamale provider for sure. i dont need to project. its the same in any area, class or city or country. 90% of men will always be "average" regardless of social gains or job. its how the world works and why girls always pick the top 10percent naturally but all girls still end up marrying for betamale provider servitude. Knowing this how you can argue with me?

      >social gains,
as someone who is not invisible, the social gains regular males talk about isnt really real. most males inherently have no value, like outside of betabuxing, so most males grow up, get a job and think they helps them socially, when in reality, it just helped them cement their role as a betamale provider. you dont suddenly go from a dorky teenager and then youre a stud at age 35.

I literally did. Why do you think this wouldn't happen? Being shy made me develop listening skills, empathy and introspection. Being ugly forced me to hone a sense of humour. Being poor gave me ambition. I'm now no longer shy ugly or poor. Women like who i am, all my vulnerabilities and sensitivities included. It's paid off. I don't know how you're defining "stud" but I've got a few women on the go at the moment. This would have been unimaginable for me 10 years ago

          >hone a sense of humour.
girls can sense it. sense of humor is blue pilled cope. make her laugh, make her smile, brighten her day. this is some beta shit lol. its always her her her her. even if you look at google search results, men search up "how to make her laugh/smile/etc" and girls search up 'how to make him do this and that for me"

I'm 40 and so far it hasn't been age that has worn me down. It has been shitty women and friends and family dying. People dying you can't get around in general, but I think if you take my life and removed even half of the shitty women, you'd be killing it into your 50s easily. Taking care of yourself isn't just going to the gym and staying physically fit. It's staying socially fit. Not dating women that are the social equivalent of heroin or crystal meth.

          >Women like who i am,
no, they like what you provide now, whereas a stud wouldnt need to provide anything and still get attention.
sure youre getting more female attention, but its bought and paid for with betamale provider servitude behaviour.

youre paying for with with your attention, and betabux. whereas a stud frick hers, and she keeps coming back for more knowing the relatiosnhip might not go anywhere. in your case, the girls are definitely expecting some form of emotional investment. this is what betas and average men dont get.

Look you broccoli haired homosexuals. I don't hate women so much that I refuse to make them laugh because some redpilled tiktoker told me that's beta. I like making men laugh to. I'm not giving anyone anything, it doesn't cost me to be funny you fricking weirdos. Receiving laughter is affirmation for ME not her anyway. They may well be expecting some form of emotional investment, i don't always give it, but guess what - I'm looking for that too. I've done my fricking around. youre paying for with with your attention, and betabux. whereas a stud frick hers, and she keeps coming back for more knowing the relatiosnhip might not go anywhere. in your case, the girls are definitely expecting some form of emotional investment. this is what betas and average men dont get.

          >but I've got a few women on the go at the moment.
and do you invite them over? converse with them? be polite to them? have to listen to them? have your own place, have to invite them over to YOUR place and cant immediately kick them out. like i get it, even if you were a young male with lots of money for booze and drugs, you still have to offer a place to do those things. just now that youre grown up, the currently isnt booze and drugs and a room, but your emotional investment and niceness and provider status.

nothing brings those out like approaching 10000s of females. oh boy.

and they are all expecting something. if you coulnt do it 10 years go, and u do it now, it just means youre betabuxing it. either providing or these chicks are looking for LTR and boyfriend material. you dont grow 10 years and suddently become "attractive" to females. youre just attractiving girls who are looking for a nice safe guy or husband or something. its like bill gates partying with 20 college girls. do the eye test, do those girls find bill gate attractive? lol.

It'll be a long while if you aren't sedentary. Millennials complaining about their body breaking down in their 30s are just morons who have 30 years of bad decisions catching up to them

    Depends on injuries.
I hurt my ac joint when I was 23, and my lower back when I was 25, and currently at 30 almost 31 theyre starting to bother me no matter what I do (rear delt work, face pulls, rehab movements).
Also depends on your career - if youre a tradie youre going to start hurting in your 30's.

I'm 40 and in the best shape of my life. It's all in how you take care of your body.

I’m 29 now and in the best shape of my life so it’s hard to say. But, I’ve had a wrist injury since June and a pec/shoulder injury since a month ago that have yet to heal. Are they that serious or am I just getting older and slower to heal? Dunno. I think you’ll first really start to notice things on your late 30s.

But I think the real decline starts when you stop trying. It’s like how guys who work into their early 70s and are still rather quick in mind and body go onto retirement and break down and die in less than a decade.

Started lifting again at 27, after nearly a decade off. I'm 29 now.
    Here's the comprehensive snap city inventory list;
    >left hand wrist on the first day back, some form of ligament sprain
    >right hamstring, strain/mild tear
    >left quad, strain/mild tear
    >right pec, strain/mild tear
    >right elbow, mild tendinopathy
    >left elbow, weird biceps tendon issue that suddenly just resolved itself
    >right hand, trigger thumb, resolved itself after 6 months but I have no idea what caused it and I could train unimpeded for the most part
Despite this, I am back at 1/2/3/4+ for reps and stronger than at 19. All resolved except for the quad strain which is right now.
I don't even get mad when I get a small injury anymore, I just instantly find a way around it then after some time rebuild with the same lift that caused it.
