I am a tall dude, 190cm, been lifting for 2 years consistently yet my arms are still thin as frick, i can see my elbow joints poking out etc

The girl in this pic probably has arms twice as dense and full as mine

How do i cope? What do i do? Is it just shit arm genetics? Do i need roids for big arms?

As a 194cm dude. You have to dedicate heavy ass BB curls and heavy overhead triceps exercises to build them.

Well post your routine first and tell me how much you can bench and OHP?

I OHP 50kg for reps, but i only really bench 70kg for reps

Well there is your problem. 15y old teens can press those numbers. Also your routine?

Assuming this isn't bait, yeah no shit you look small with those lifts. Double those numbers and you'll look like you lift.

Doesn't matter really, I bench 105kg and ohp 65kg for reps. I also do weighted chin-ups at 25kg for reps and I have visually small arms simply due to the fact that I'm 191cm.
A friend of mine has arms that look huge comparatively speaking since he's 180cm and I mog him in every lift.

I’m 193cm. Long arms suck ass because you’ll always be small.

Getting big arms as a tall dude basically requires steroids 100%

if you're tall and have a high ape index you're fricked but if you have short arms you can still look fine its my case 6ft4 and 6'2 wingspan

    >arms are small
Once again IST dudes trick themselves into being dyel

You don’t need to isolate your arms if you go heavy enough on rows and weighted pullups THOUGH

Nta, this is a moronic take. My arms have always been lacking until I started doing BB curls and direct triceps work.

You have long arms by default, most likely even longer than you think. The truth is that you'll never get super dense looking arms if you're tall unless you have the genes for it and/or are willing to gain fat. You'll still be monstrous compared to the general population though
