I am about to blow my fucking brains out.

I am about to blow my fricking brains out. I've worked out inconsistently for years but the last 3 months I started doing Kinobody, like REALLY going at it, and I can NOT even take a fricking inch off my gut or put on muscle. It's not even a flabby belly it's like a hard, firm, inflated stomach fat too and it won't fricking budge. I do intermittent fasting (basically skip breakfast), 3 intense workouts a week and cardio on off days, increase weight every week, caloric deficit (like 500 under ever day), started taking a fiber supplement, less than 100 carbs a day, some days less than 50, tons of water, rarely drink alcohol, no T deficiency but even started taking tribulus to see if that would help, nothing. What the frick am I doing wrong here? Am I not giving it enough time? Am I not breathing properly to max out workouts? Am I doing too much belly breathing? Do I have a fricking disease? PLEASE someone tell me...I hate looking like a skinny guy with a fat fricking moron gut. It's literally embarrassing with all the effort I'm putting in.

            that's my thing I've been counting calories to EXACT numbers and even significantly raised daily protein intake.

        No, just make sure to have a few weeks of maintenance period after you hit your goal weight. That will help your appetite reset so you dont immediately start putting fat back on. 2-4 weeks of maintenance after a cut. Expect to gain 4 or 5 pounds back in glycogen stores and water weight.

    Cut out ALL carbohydrates. Eat only meat and eggs. You cannot possibly gain weight only eating protein and fat. You don't need to count calories either, just eat when you're hungry.

    I'm a formerly fat guy who tried EVERYTHING to lose weight including CICO and Keto and fasting and this is the only thing that ever worked long-term. Sugar/carb addiction is the problem and all CICO did was drive me crazier the more I cut out.

      I don't weigh it I kinda rely on calories and nutrition facts. And no I maybe eat something fried once every couple weeks if even that.
      As others mentioned above I'm going to completely cut out carbs even for a week just to see what happens and add more protein heavy meals.

      One thing I didn't mention earlier but was suggesting is that because it's a more firm belly fat I have reason to believe it's mostly (if not purely) visceral which take a toll on deep breathing, which is most likely hindering workout quality anyway. I just gotta unfrick that first.

    So this is the only piece of information contained in your entire ranty shitpost. Get rid of that "like" and bump the 500 to 1000. Eat at exactly 1000kcal below maintenance, or less, every day. You will lose weight predictably. Read the sticky for more information, and frick off.

    Full morono, try doing 5 sessions per week with 40 min incline walking, recalculate your TDEE and eat -600 yo -700 less calories, you have to burn the calories, dont worry about losing a lil muscle, you will gain all back in weeks once on a small surplus

    I'm the same way although now with broader back and bigger arms, I do drink beer and I thought that beer was the main issue but now I'm thinking that the issue is gluten. I think I'm gluten intolerant/celiac and that makes my gut to bloat. I quit on gluten food and my gut is starting to decrease quicker than when I started to have a healthy diet and cico.

    You are lying to yourself about your calorie intake. It's normal for delusional fatties. Stop intermittent fasting and just do a real water fast. It's a lot harder to lie to yourself when you are supposed to eat literally nothing. Seriously. Just stop eating for a week. Then break fast for a few days with lot's of protein then go again.
