Im not, i fell for the fasting meme and it literally destroyed my performance in the gym, like legitimately -25% to -50% loss in performance within just a week of fasting across all my lifts
This is insanity, on a normal cut where I just eat in a -500 calorie deficit, I often maintain all my peak strength, maybe I lose 5-10% strength by the end of the cut.

I did a 120 hour fast.
At approximately 114 hours I took a shit. Not a big one, but a solid plopper.
Did I undergo the autophagy or did my body pull a fast one on me by retaining a nutrient source to suckle? I didn't dump at all for the previous 80 odd hours.
Afaik autophagy starts at around 18 hours but I honestly don't know what effect that would have on your poops. I've not went past 72 hours.
