This is why you’re 17% bf at 176lbs. Fill all excess calories with more lean protein. Peanuts are dogshit as a food. The macro profile would be great if it weren’t chock full of anti nutrients which prevent any meaningful bio availability. Eat flesh = more flesh
You weigh approx 180 so eat 200g protein daily. Focus on leaning out to about 150-155lbs. I encourage you to listen to me as I am 6’5 and was 155lbs 17 years ago when I started lifting.

You're almost at the high end of a healthy bodyfat. Cut to 14% then bulk slowly back up to 16-18%. After a year then you can cut down to 10%.

I don’t know when this happened but it needs to go away. A 2 pl8 bench is not impressive nor is it an indication of strength. It is the bare fricking minimum for grown man strength.
