    This is bait, an excuse to post that OP picture for a reaction. If you could do 8 proper reps of 220lbs you'd be among the very strongest in a commercial gym and have had 3+ years of gains. You'd be absolutely massive. Post a picture or frick off.

    bench press numbers are indicative of nothing but pec strength, and even then pec strength and pec size aren't that correlated.
