I know what thats like anon, best advice I could give you is to try channeling that binging into foods that aren't too destructive. try dark chocolate instead

lmfao what's the point in fasting if you're going to eat 7 days worth of food when you break the fast?

        what'd you get ?

I only ever eat ramen since I find chinese food to be real gross (asian food in general)

The fried rice was like 900, then the general two's was 700, then I got 4 egg rolls so that's like 600, then I got some chow mein noodles which was like 300. If I finished all of it, it would've definitely been more calories

Did you drink much water? I used to fall into a similar trap where I’d have some super salty food (pizza) and then get bad cravings for sweets which turned cheat days into binge days.

Yeah I drink lots of water, its funny how my fatass isn't really a soda or a juice person

I generally fantasize about food when fasting too, but then when my fast is over I break it with a few soft boiled eggs and eat a regular meal a few hours later. Just because the fantasies are there it doesn't mean that saying "NO" to them is actually difficult, in fact it's easy as frick, unless you're a sugar addict maybe.

I highlighted this because it's clear that you didn't even attempt to resist, and if that's the case then why the frick bother in the first place.

That's because your diet still consists of goyslop that just kicks you right back into being insatiably hungry. Use fasting as a reset to move onto good non-processed foods. You are basically being a moron.

    >and instead of making a change beyond that
    >I went right back into the casino

Anyways if you want an eating disorder you're there.

Sugar is the devil. You could never ever ever ever EVER stomach 15k calories of anything in a day without sugar to make it happen. Stop sugar.

Fat is far worse. The body loves storing it. Your body will literally heat up to burn excess carbs if you eat high card and no fat.

granted you can get obese by overdoing fat but trust me after a certain point fat fricks you up,sugar doesnt

that's right fatty you really had this all planned out before you started right? It's correct, if you don't eat your daily tub of icecream for a day, and then go right back to eating your tub of icecream you will be healthy! The absolute state of fatfricks.

Let me help you out here since you obviously need to be spoonfed. Fix your goyslop addiction first, ween yourself off of goyslop instead of going no food, go no goyslop for 1month ok fatty? 1 month, yes it will be hard, yes you will crave the goyslop, but some pretty amazing things can happen if you make it that for, do that and don't post anything here until you are done, you'll just shit up the board.

u're out of ur mind for even doing that, fasting is when hit a milestone after restricting calories for a while, try to just eat clean first lower calories little by little and workout 6 times a week for months first

Just don't eat dem cookies, they just desinagrate like cotton candy. I could pack em away too. Eat meat and veggies instead way harder to eat 15k of say chicken and rice.

I've been there. It's called Binge Eating Disorder, I've got it. I keep it under a vicious leash with OMAD + CICO these days, albeit barely.

My record is 16k (on July 4, 2022), but I've hit 10k with whole, unprocessed food before. You just have to work around it somehow. I do it via OMAD.

And no, it will NEVER go away, but through cutting out crap food you can make the binges less harmful, for instance 400 calories of mashed potatoes takes up as much room as 2,500 or so of Reese's cups.

With enough grit and willpower, you can condition your brain to accept your OMAD *as* the binge. That was the solution for me and the reason my meal is at 11 PM.
