He has a point though. Calisthenics can work but you never see them put any focus on overhead pressing even though it's entirely possible for them. A bodyweight press on blocks or rings to make it full rom done for a few reps is equivalent to a damn good overhead press and would perfect his physique.
>his tricep brachii is 7% smaller than the rest of his feeseek, DYEL bro?
Look bro, it's fine, admirable even, that you strive for perfection like a marble greek statue, but applying your standards to others is autistic as frick and will only result in you alienating from others.
Best response I could have gotten. You're right, I was being a dick and was projecting my standards on this guy. It's easy to lose sight of what others want at times. Appreciated man
I'm the real anon. I already made an ammends post. See

The only problem I have with cali gays is that they're obsessed with bodyweight purity. It's like they think lifting weight will lower their IQ or something.
And the fact that he could bench more than he could squat should tell you more than enough.
>The only problem I have with cali gays is that they're obsessed with bodyweight purity. It's like they think lifting weight will lower their IQ or something.
Go to the calisthenics general and you'll see literally nobody is defending that. Nobody ever does you damn moron.
Made up boogie man. You're a liar and a homosexual.
The frick no, major of CG is pro weighted calisthenics. I just stick to calisthenics movement because there safe. I don't need a spoter or need to worry about being trapped under a bar alone in my apartment when I am rep out 100lb press-ups.
Ring dips and ring chinups are kino. Bodyweight rows are also good as a basis
thanks, I'll have do dip negatives or something cause they're a lot harder on rings
is static top position good to train? My back/shoulder feels too weak to hold shoulders/scapula down in the position.
I'm still using weights so rings are just for fun.
Kek it took me weeks just to keep myself stable on rings. Dips are good first exercise to train. So your pull ups on them too.
You could do pushups or rows to warmup or finish your training.
Other than that, it's mostly all kinds of static holds.
Try to work up to a 30-60 second RTO support hold, like in your picture. Then when you start training dips, your stability on the rings won't be the limiting factor for how many you can do. Start doing skin the cats as well, they're very good for your shoulders and are a good starting point for back and front lever.
>Start doing skin the cats as well, they're very good for your shoulders
this looks like it'll destroy my shoulders tbh
prolly need to do more bar dislocates first
>eats whatever he wants even 4k+ calories a day
This is why I think diet is more important than training. As long you eat in a surplus you'll be in an anabolic state. If you're scared to eat and constantly stay at maintenance calories you can easily just spin your wheels for years
Put it around your dick and balls and slap your engorged mushroom head around on stuff, then beat off
>dips
>bulgarian dips
>pullups
>chinups
>straight leg raises
That's pretty much all you need for upper body. Add weight when you can do 12 clean reps on the first set.
>only strong points are his middle/lower chest, abs, triceps, and his monstrous lats
>everything else is okay or shit
Minimalism fails yet again

still mogs u though

What the frick are you doing being empathetic and reasonable on IST?

Just say he's on roids don't make a cope post like this.
if thats big to you i knwo you do rings and are a manlet kek
First. I didn't say he was on roids I said if you were going to cope just claim he's on roids instead of saying the physique is bad.
Second. He's 180lbs lean. I guarantee he's bigger than you.
>calls my critique a cope post
>says I should post that he's roiding which is the genuine cope
Hmmmmmmm

I like calisthenics and this guy looks like shit
His worst is your best most likely
suck him off while you're at it
>I like calisthenics and this guy looks like shit
you are a homosexual and you suck wieners

Deep ring pushups are rhe best thing. The second is do weighted ring holds fast as possible
only reason why people are saying he looks like shit is because his chest insertions are ugly
how does he get his chest so big
I've been doing bench press and my chest not growing
>eats whatever he wants even 4k+ calories a day

This guy is full of shit.
There's no way he did 6 pull ups with 64 kg added if he only ever trains with bodyweight.
>M-muh Reddit infographic told me that after 12 reps you only build endurance
t. DYEL
you forgot to list the PEDs bro
Ring dips and ring chinups are kino. Bodyweight rows are also good as a basis
elevated pike push ups on rings
Backflip and front flip are easier than they sound
I came.
put some socks on man
I would work on mastering this before I do anything else. Hold it steady for at least 30 seconds. Your shoulders will thank you.
are shoulders be retracted back in this?
Yes
Good L sit. Now do some weighted bulgarian split squats
i see your baiting feetgays you sick frick kys
