Smoking anything affects your lung performance. But as long as you're using it after as a recovery aid and not before and dropping dumbbells on your feet, it's fine. It can lead to depression and weight gain if you get addicted and start missing your highs though, be careful.
during the pandemic i had edibles almost every day and just did a routine of work, gym, high and i got super jacked and used the highs to level myself up mentally by engaging in reading and introspection
There isnt 40grams of protein per slice, maybe a whole pizza .
Yeah, that pizza is e-statting but it's still pretty anabolic.
Those numbers sound like bs to me
Tuna cans are probably the best thing you can eat, only like 100 calories and 25g protein. Have one on the side with any meal and you're sorted
Why not? Did you miss the part its 700 calories? Entire pizza in europe is generally ~1000 calories. So acting like its "just a slice, cant have 44g of protein" is a little dishonest. I dont even know if thats a real picture but yeah if it is the scale isnt apparent. Its another thing if the protein you get from pizza is as bioavailable, but yeah flour has like 12g of protein per 100g where meat has 18-20g. Then obviously the cheese is very high in protein too could be 30g per 100g
yeah just a slice having 700 kcal seems way to high to me. even if it top of the line grease slop unless the slice is size of a half a pizza I'm not buying the idea. macro ratios seems about right as you said. honestly it always boggles me when people from US say "just have a slice or two not the whole pizza". like bruh are you going to order a whole pizza then toss rest of it away? or leave it in fridge for a week as you it slice per day.

700 calories of cheese alone could be 44 grams of protein. This slice of pizza has 44 grams of protein in the same way that I bench 250lbs.
Youre not American the costco pizza slices are fricking huge and easily enough for a big meal for one person, this is pretty common for takeout pizza to be sold like this in the states especially in the east coast.
I think pizza is pretty anabolic in general it only has a reputation as unhealthy because fat motherfrickers will smash 4 slices of XL pizza in one sitting. When I'm on a cut I can barely finish a costco slice by myself. Pizza dough has way more protein than other breads for some reason.
You will give yourself severe intestinal problems eventually leading to apendicitis and crohn’s disease and you will regret it every day for the rest of your diarrhea filled existence
This is aside from the likely fact absorption from a multi may not be ideal, even assuming you get a third party lab tested verified brand, so good chance you end up with deficiencies anyways
>will give yourself severe intestinal problems eventually leading to apendicitis
Hate to break it to you but appendicitis isn't caused by diet. I know people who ate perfect diets and did a lot of exercise their entire life who had their appendix removed. I was obese and lived off pizza and soda my entire childhood and teenage years and didn't clean up my act till my mid 20s, still got my appendix. I think it's like cancer, just one of those things that can happen to anyone
If anyone is struggling with daily protein, why not throw in a protein shake or two? Either make your own or buy premade ones. I mainly just use protein powder shakes but I like to treat myself and get Boathouse Farms shakes as deserts, the banana chocolate one is fricking delicious. Protein powder isn't that expensive either, especially compared to red meat. I'm not saying rely on it for your only source, you need variety for a healthy diet. But if everything else is good with your diet but you're struggling with protein why not just get some whey?
If those nutritional values are actually true, then how fricking big is that pizza slice? A regular pizza (in Europe) usually has between 1000 and 1500kcal for a whole pizza. Can any burgerfriend enlighten me on the size of your pizza slices?
The cheese pizza at costco actually has more calories than the pepperoni because they absolutely murder it with mozzarella. Aside from that one slice is like 1/2 the size of a neapolitan pizza. We have a real italian pizza shop in phoenix I go go called pizzaria bianco and the crust is nothing alike either. Costco doesn't have 00 flour they use regular all purpose and they use canola oil not olive oil. The crust is murdered with oil.
Businesses are legally obligated to go over the amount that they're advertising. It can't be lower than 44g since it'll be considered false advertising, of course this only applies if they're the ones who made the calculations.
I unironically have this as a staple in my diet. About once every 2 weeks I buy a large pizza (aprox 6 normal slices, but as a whole pizza it's cut into 12) It lasts my family of 4 about 1.5 meals. >700 cals per 9.7 oz serving size >use the food scale to measure my pizza and apply calories >never eat the crusts >usually about 600 cals >add about 60 cals of carrot sticks, raw red bell pepper & cucumber, and a few peppercinis to add mass
more fat then I'd like but good protein. Always feel full and fits in my calorie goals for the day. I've lost about 67 lbs in the past 7 months.
does weed frick with your gains if you stay right with pumping and eating and resting?

Amazing.
>44g of protein
no fricking way

Those numbers are perfectly reasonable.

Yeah, cut those calories and macros in half and I’d believe it. OP is a little b***h

>it can't have 44 grams of protein for 700 calories
>bro you don't get it it's fricking huge
Okay, so it definitely isn't 700 calories
>4 slices of 'za per day
>2800 calories
>176 grams of protein
>268 grams of carbs
>112 grams of fat
Lean bulk bros we are so back
Pizza was and still is my go-to sex fuel. It literally makes me hornier, I get random boners, and have tons of energy to spare.
if thats the case you are chronically deficient in calories
>my go to sex fuel
are posters on IST unironically sex havers?
kekd, imagined you walking in a pizzeria with a boner seeking for a slice
Unironically what is stopping me from doing this and taking a multivitamin for the micronutrients?
Because it's gross?
Self respect?

Rookie numbers, pumps those numbers up

It's nutrient poor food, greasy af, and you won't be satiated. You do you though.
>costco food
You should respect yourself more than this.
they have a 'za that is 2.5 eurobros and 800 calories, baking right now in the oven, will review it
tastes like blandness and poverty combined, will not repeat
but I can use this to clean my palate
I salute the lidibro
lel
Yeah lidl pizza is depressing as hell. I really like their salted caramel ice cream though. Wish my local did coffee ice cream though.
CPAD (Costco pizza a day)?
>cheese : 710 cal
>pepperoni: 650 cal
How the frick do you subtract calories from adding a topping. Are pepperonis a negative calorie food now?
Cheese za has double serving of cheese. Peppy za has single serving of cheese with peps. The added peps are less calories than a serving of cheese.

To add, it also fulfills that pizza craving I get every now and again and it's only $9.99 so it's super economical. No regerts.
I literally ate two (2) whole (homemade) pizzas last night
