Not really. >90lbs for 6-8 reps is where you start getting strong. 100lbs is mog territory, thats something that starts catching stares. Talking about seated OHP press here.
I do 4 reps at 90lbs, and there's only like 3 other guys I've seen in the same range.
Only one guy is in my weight class though, others are like 50lbs heavier than me easily
When you guys say press do you mean like only once or being able to repeat it? Cause I can OHP 60 a few times but if I actually want to have a full work out its more like 40.
>54kg
I can do 30kg+ smith machine bar for 12, maybe 35kg?
when it comes to free weights I can rep 40 8 times but only one set, I barely train that movement too, so I dont think you're strong
Idk yeah maybe
I haven't pressed a dumbbell since 2014 don't remember what I was doing

Dumb question but when people say they lift 90 lbs, they mean 90lbs per dumbbell, right?
ofc
I'm the anon who asked the other dumb question earlier and I would also like to know
Any idea how that translates to barbell? Because that seems to me to imply that you could probably do 220lb, is that so? That's really impressive
I was thinking 50lbs is not that bad
Sounds good to me bro I do 18kgs which is about 40 pounds. Might go for the 20kgs on Thursday.

working set
I probably started being able to punch the average person out cold when I was lifting 30 ib on one hand
That's illegal Black person
Not in self defense

Chest or shoulder
i only spam lat raises, but good form and heavy weight
is seated OHP harder or regular OHP with a bar in terms of weight?
No, I can do 65lb and I just started doing the exercise a few months ago
More than me.
